Well, the funding part is always the most difficult to get an approval for and often sparkles some controversy, you know. It doesn't matter as lobby is not just legal, it's a peaceful mean to succeed and has proved to be a very good school for the Small Nations youth to not just get informed through internship along with their studies but an extraordinary way to acquire a strong experience at top level they can later use in the private sector if they wished to and even better if... never know when, exercising responsabilities in the first government.

I don't know if they have done all the legal stuff yet I mean Breizh. But Euskadi special interest lobby is up and running. And lobby against french companies is fair game as long as no negociation is taking place with responsible people.

Hey, it's just an opinion you know, I mean, speaking of ethics to people that never lived anywhere with a strong ethical environment, frankly it took too long probably but I reached the idea there isn't much one can do.... I'll give you just an example, speaking about Corsicans or Euskadians saying, we should have the right to celebrate our heritage, our language and culture and have a public space to pursue a future for us, nobody will ever take care of us better than we would do it for ourselves, it isn't a crazy statement and rather true when you look at some situation of people that have trusted the french gov..., very common is "It's just a minority.... asking....." What comes to my mind isn't, how many are they asking for rights, it's, is the claim of any legitimacy because if it is then how many are courageous enough, wealthy enough, litterate enough or else enough to stand up for these rights majority or minority, is irrelevant.... I just need to know if it is right or not. I got that from , well you know... and it doesn't run here, it doesn't, it's just not in the DNA...
