Useless is the conclusion the average EU citizens reach of an overpaid tax exempted bureaucrats and frankly can't tell they are entirely wrong when the only registered success when regulation is involved is the launch of a full scale investigation over the color of the diesel petrol colour used to propel narrow boats onto the UK canals on sundays...
