Not sure but I think that when he says Sarkosy fait une campagne violente it means Sarkosy is playing hard ball, that's what I understand but u know.... why anyway ru translating something?
What do u mean?
Dunno, it isn't mentioned the guy in charge of the Risk Committee at BPCE is Marwan Lahoud but there is no contact form, so try ur luck at the Head Offices.
U r not on the right page I'd think. Natixis exposure to the Greek debt nearly doubled on the 4th quarter close when compared with the 3rd quarter, Spain was slashed down by 50% and I just wonder what trigger the move on the Greek debt and its timing. It's rather a strange move hedge fund style given the situation and the expected voluntary loss leaving the CDS worthless from an actor least expected int the speculation world. I havan't looked at BNP's,Socgen's and CreditAgricoles's books, have u?

I have been going through Natixis 2011 and 4th quarter results. U? They did grow their exposure to the Greek debt during the 4th quarter while reducing Italy, Portugal, Spain and Ireland exposure, any insider tip of the motivation?
Same address u use for markit I meant.
JP Morgan published today as well.
I have. How?
As I learn a little more about the story, it looks more and more like a classic broken gov story. Think it was yesterday, the agricultural body for Paris and its region put out a statement in which they make clear that the two slaughter plants situated in the region uses the process giving the ritual character to the products that has caused the outrage and protest. Several farmers of the region have complained to their Rep without any success about the issue forcing them to drive several hundred miles in order to find a plant not using the incriminated process allowing them to sell directly their production to customers refusing to shop in supermarkets accused of being flooded with the unlabeled incriminated meat. The gov speaking through the Secretary for Agriculture responded with the promise that every "animal ritual killing" will be matched with an order form, a system in place that has proved to be not working. As the tensions escalate and the outrage spread, the Gov failure to give any number and inability to describe the products concerned, the tracking system used to know where and how the incriminated products are sold fuel the speculation about the restaurants and supermarkets in Paris and its region suspected to use these products hiding their ritual character from the consumer. No doubt that the controversy has to do with the presidential race just beginning nonetheless the lack of transparence as well as the insane character of hiding to the consumer the ritual character of products on sale in supermarkets and used in restaurants are the sign of a broken government.
Promises of more government control on plants adding costs for the tax payer will probably fail to reassure the tricked consumers when the mandatory labeling of the ritual character of the process used is clearly their demand.
The political party that revealed the story through its candidate Mrs Le Pen has today declared that up to 23% of the meat production was ritual and spread all over the country promising lawsuit and more protest.

Not so much. But it is rather strange than civilisation has just so much trouble reaching these guys specially high ranking french officials... U know how it is don't u?
I mean in a country where u have multiple faiths u know that religious issues are to be highly contentious and controversial. Therefore when u don't have the luck of a constitutional equivalent of the 1st Amend, u have to make sure that the legislation in place sets a strong principle and transparency at every step of the process in order to avoid any unecessary controversies. U will laugh but today a journalist asked a senior french politician if she minds eating religious sposored meat if she doesn't know about it......?
Whatever her response was, it sets a rather unacceptable standard under which what u don't know doesn't hurt.... no kidding.
It would be unacceptable to see any faith followers tricked and sold products that are not what the label says it is under the principle what u don't know doesn't hurt and it is just as unacceptable to see anybody tricked and sold any product hiding its origin or the process it went through.
From the respect of every consumer in the legislation who ever he may be and whatever his choices may be through  a transparent process is probably the best way to reduce tensions and avoid most of the controversies.
What do u say?
Unthinkable to see that in Florida?
Following the growing controversy over the sale of meat in Paris and its region, President Sarkosy of France made a visit this morning to the french most important food whole sale market situated near the Orly airport this morning. His statement to the Press related to the controversy failed to make the issue more transparent as he seemed unable for now to reassure on whether or not any consumer was sold against his will religious sponsored meat. He also failed to refer to the legal guidelines in place to protect the consumer's rights to make clear such a situation is impossible allowing more speculation for now about a loophole that may has allowed to abuse the consumer.
Another regulation issue.....;-)) R u done? If u post one of ur findings I do one too.
They do french stuff.... I don't get every thing and can't tell u exactly why it slips on dirt... should be simple. Has the french consumer in Paris and its region may be elsewhere (exports) been sold against his will a "religious meat" sponsoring directly or indirectly a faith the consumer would not have chosen to do so had he known.
The answer is simple it is Yes or No.
Was the choice to hide from the consumer the sponsoring of the faith incriminated made for the purpeous of profit and who is responsible ?
There shouldn't not be any other debate than a clear response from the french Food and Health administration and if responsible for the mess getting the checkbook ready.

Markit comes out this week, thursday I think and it may confirm the slowdown.  (Good Boy.... What wrong?)
dunno.
u didn't read page 2 here "Due to regulatory restrictions, market experts said, Chinese investors are insufficiently diversified. After the institutional investors association launched a Chinese version of credit-default swaps in October 2010, CBRC labeled the product high-risk, which discouraged banks from investing. Funds and insurance companies are prohibited by regulators from investing in the product."
These guys are just incredible.... tonight talking about islamic beef.... and? It seems according to a political party that the consumer was or is tricked, hide in the dark when buying meat in french super markets and they are fighting about it, some other political parties are saying that it isn't true, no islamic meat was ever sold without explicit mention to the consumer....
Wish they had, I can smell the billions of compensation money, imagine these fuckBIPBIP had sold the bloody thing to unaware consumers.
By the way, that's all i got for today.
"That hasn’t deterred Lasry, who says he sees the biggest opportunities in Europe, where he expects that the sovereign- debt crisis will cause an increase in distressed assets and defaulted loans. Avenue is raising a fund of more than $2.5 billion that will focus on Germany, the Nordic countries, Switzerland and the U.K., where Lasry says the legal systems are more protective of creditors’ rights than those in southern Europe." Here (Bloomberg)

On legislation overhaul, China may welcome risky bonds, Regulators appear ready to expand bond markets, making China a place of choice to invest and if it goes through a more advanced economy on financial markets than southern europe including france.
What have u got?

Well.. Well... Well.... Dont know why but always knew this moment'd come.

Has unemployment in America another end than just and always a mobile home for ever...?I'm sure u'd like to know that nothing in America is quite what u think it is or what the bunch of scrounger around u tell u it is.

Enjoy,
MARION - FirstEnergy Corp. joined Habitat for Humanity of Marion County to sponsor a home at 356 Monroe St. in 2011.
FirstEnergy contributed $25,000 toward construction of the three-bedroom, one-bathroom home to be owned by Crystal Kirk, according to a news release. Construction on began in April 2011 and was completed early in January, with the help of Kirk and many Habitat volunteers.
The home is part of FirstEnergy's statewide effort to support Habitat for Humanity with its goal of providing simple, decent and affordable shelter for people in need.
Since 2002, the Akron-based utility has been a partner by providing more than $18 million in house sponsorships to Ohio Habitat affiliates that helped finance construction of more than 400 Habitat homes. Each of the Habitat for Humanity homes are built and certified to Energy Star energy efficiency standards.

But very true, there is no state social price for electricity, just private initiative on a volunteer basis companies and shareholders praise. In case this bid turn short, I may if u r interested help you discover the America u don't know about, from a distance but nowdays, it should work.

Thought, it may be of interest to u since u looked interested in the contribution shipping companies could make.... "The Baltic Dry Index, which tracks worldwide shipping rates for dry-bulk cargoes in four vessel classes, is down 60% since Jan. 1 and now plumbing lows last seen early in 2009, when global trade seized up in the wake of the U.S. financial meltdown." (Here for more)
I guess that the contribution looks compromised regardless of citizenship, never mind the bad instinct unsatisfaction.
