I don't know yet but the french had a terrorist attack in a southern west city Montauban home to a parachutist regiment engaged in Afghanistan with 2 casualties confirmed and a possible third (casualties are soldiers of the regiment in town for a bank withdrawal at a cash dispenser). French press doesn't elaborate much for political motives I guess, presidential run on, but more surprisingly the gov is passive, since at least 24 hours they have been warned of imminent multiple islamic attacks all over europe.
