If you were Weng and knew the human cost and pain in your flesh and heart of enforcing that policy, how would you feel when denied that tremendous effort your people committed to? Wouldn' t you say, my people made the necessary sacrifice to both get out of poverty with our own means and has made the major contribution to diminish the carbon footprint of the nation in the world?
By doing so my people bought themselves a first class ticket for a pullman seat and the best lifestyle we can deliver to as many as possible and that's exactly what we are going to do?
Aware that the next step is awareness, education, citizenship to achieve the best level of creation, to who would you turn to if not the nation that already achieve that, the USA wanting for your people not just the best lifestyle to as many as possible but the means to keep it and improve it with knowledge and intelligence?
I guess now you better understand Weng and his refusal to summit his people to some europeans leftist ideologue's experiences and their lack of success....
