No this gotta nothin to do with that he didn't point out to a specific group of people racially defined or religiously then it doesn't play out.... legally, he could be talking about anyone... on top of what he may be a member of a nation bared from speaking his language in some cases learning it, has no rights over his land and can't access his nation's culture.... is no cheap excuse for brutally express his feelings but.... when a state brutalise you, when a gov on top of doing all the above... asking you taxes and run ethnic programs depriving your nation from jobs in his nation's land ....well it may lead to that kind of result.... and he is or was a local creed elected rep isn't an aggravated circumstance... Think so.
