By the way, it is too soon to say it is but u could say that first President Hollande tv appearance may be a change in the way the french look at their president with a more let's say horizontal look to him instead of the "traditional look up to the "chateau".

I don't see a big future to be honest for the redemption fund, it is not that I don't like the idea, it does make sense but the plan include a non written precondition which is the countries engage themselves into policies leading to no more deficits as the plan sets debt at 60% of GDP for everybody which is the maximum allowed. Frankly right now u have those than can't fit in there and worse those that don't want hear about it and think running deficits is for a significant part a pre requisite to growth.

So..... u know. I don't see at least for the coming days those very opposite views reconcile.
