I'd say despite being it 8 years old, it does offer a good understanding of the social abouts, it doesn't answer about hearts and minds of the youngest generation nor what can be the outcome, capitulation, radicalisation, violence. To some extent, self destruction rather radicalisation has prevailed for the previous generations, the EU charter introduced very powerfully a different view praising the heritage for a nation without a state and knowledge of the disastrous consequences on future generations to not honor the heritage, speak the language and celebrate the sense of belonging has made a lot of progress. I just don't know if there is a more up to date publication.
