I wouldn't go there. Keep in mind that if in a matter of months the Church of Scientology had produced one Merah and one Bailly & Co, would you have this conversation, I guess not.
No, I just meant that for a lot less, Scientology was crucified in court and nobody was going around to mention that some members of that church had by their action make it a bad name. The entire lot was asked to go to hell as much as I can remember. I meant the fact that unintentionally I suppose, regularly Islam receives a differentiated treatment  directly contributes to feed the uncomfort zone for some folks.
U didn't come and chose to next time be there. It is a two hours train trip... that's all. What she had to say was interesting and I'd say fits in. On top of that, it is a much better proposal than jump on mosque's roof, it doesn't lead to appear on tv but it doesn't drive to courts and ultimately will do much more good. Anyway, in short, bottom line was, we can't change history, we can make a lot of wishes for a better world but end game, life goes on. We can't prevent national gov to engage in linguistic abusive policies, economic policies such as making "national champions", use immigration policies for political football regardless of the consequences for both immigrants and native nations, attempt to outnumber some native groups. We can't change the demographic dynamics or the lack of will following a very long period of abuse.
The Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities and the other legal instruments of the Council of Europe devoted to the protection of national minorities have proven to be ineffective, inter alia because they have not been ratified by all the member States and their implementation depends on political consensus within the Committee of Ministers.
But there is one thing we can do to prevent abuse and give any individual or groups belonging to national minorities the legal weapon she, he, they need to uphold those rights directly before the European Court of Human Rights, by lodging individual or collective applications, under Article 34 of the Convention. There is hope as well that an additional protocol to the European Convention on Human Rights on national minorities can be enough to end the abusive policies in place.
Although, support for this additional protocol is essential to its success.

Round up is here ----->
That's all I can think of right now.
Look, that's my best for now but will put some stuff together and post it. Ur what U speak is a good one and while there is little or none french university research work as far as I know, this one is ok "Reconsidering
the Significance of Language to the Politics of Identity"
an alternative can be to set a tour of members of parliament based on "The Assembly calls on national parliaments and their members to actively promote, both within their parliaments and vis-à-vis their governments, the idea of adopting an additional protocol to the European Convention on Human Rights in this context."
What have u done so far, what do u plan to do since given the budget situation no spending is involved while such an addition to the European Convention on Human Rights would be of great significance for constituancies dealing with adverse policies for a long time and a positive contribution for the understanding of the Assembly's role siding with the citizens at a time negative populism exploits the difficult economic situation. Part of the solution for a sustainable recovery, new rights have proved to be an extraordinary engine particularly for the regions where the crisis and the closure of plants has hit the hardest.
That's because u r lazy...... there it is use google alerts............
http://assembly.coe.int/Main.asp?link=/Documents/AdoptedText/ta12/ERES1866.htm
Well...not with the additional protocol to the European Convention on Human Rights on national minorities

The Assembly considers that such a protocol could refer to the internationally recognised criteria laid down in the Copenhagen Document adopted in 1990 by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and the relevant texts of the Council of Europe, in particular the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities, the European Charter for Minority or Regional Languages and Assembly Recommendations 1134 (1990), 1201 (1993), 1255 (1995), 1492 (2001) and 1623 (2003) and Resolution 1713 (2010). It could guarantee the following minimum standards for national minorities and their members:
      6.1.       the right of every person to express freely his or her belonging to a national minority;
    6.2.       political rights (such as freedom of association, the creation of political parties, participation in elections, representation in public bodies, at both national and regional level);
    6.3.       cultural rights, including the right to cultural autonomy to preserve national identity;
    6.4.       the right to take decisions on different forms of autonomy, in accordance with European practice and national or regional traditions;
6.5.       the right to freely use a minority language in private and public life, especially in relations with the administrative authorities or the judicial system in areas where national minorities reside traditionally or represent a significant percentage of the regional or local population.

I'd say that organise support for the protocol is a good starting point as it allows debate and will give the opportunity to tour the opponent's arguments.
It is yes for Russian as the 10% applies.
Not as far as I know, for Ukraine, it is law now. Yet I don't know how many of the 18 languages are available in the local courts. In the context of the European Charter for Regional and Minority Languages the law on the language policy envisages the measures to use 18 languages. On August 8 President Viktor Yanukovych signed the bill into law, stipulating official usage of regional languages in the work of local bodies of power, if at least 10% of the inhabitants are the language native speakers.

This Will Canada Answer the "Kurdish Question"?
no it remains tricky... what r u up to?

No I m gone to Bret for some relaxing time.
U don't get it. To a certain extent they are supremacist.
U r telling me that but have you ever tried?
What do you want to do about it? I mean they can hardly understand the difference between a culture and an ethny, between the legit claims a nation can make for rights and lost souls or bad guys engaged in extreme politics so it is challenging to have a conversation.
They get mixed up sometime between natives demonstrations and politics so
That's not the only problem they have but you know it is very difficult with people that have no ethics...
Outotec Why?
Wasn't for you. a ten ok
We have heard conversations connected to the idea that foil under a "white" racial banner, the populations explicitly mentioned as national minorities in the EU Charter for Regional Languages would save to adopt any legislation to protect their interests offering them a future. That is dirty politics and deeply wrong.
By the way,  FB was funny but can't u get busted.
haven't looked
just that Goldman withdrew but don't know if the IPO is cancelled or just differed.
how much?

mercredi 24 octobre 2012

I always say yes. If u have an offer for a new bet go on.
Well I don't know but I doubt that pointing fingers will help plus I know very little about Germany that's why I always ask, landed there for connecting flights but that's about it so... but I can tell that any main street Scandinavian fully aware of how public money is spent and oversight done in some countries would run home telling his gov to get out of that mess mentioning that compared to what he saw Capone was a Monk.
Neither right or good or whatever. That's how it is.
It is just a fact.
I share that. It was an underestimation on his side, he'd get a lot more than just San Diego's barracks wise but Liz decides, so. I can't well I mean I don't want to now but I'll tell you, it was a gross misportrait that's why I was nasty. Anyway, I'm still with the FFA and I thought it's amazing how little the Brussel's central administration has achieved. and how reckless they are. The record of these guys are a debt crisis threatening the currency, deficits and indebtness sliding for a decade or so with everybody sleeping at the switch hoping for the best, a banking regulatory body failure, no overhaul of consumer's protection and rights legislation shaking the insurance and banking industry. FNAG is running the show getting the dividend of a rigourous approach in the management of their public finances and the very same folks responsible for the mess pointing fingers at FNAG telling them what to do.... I doubt the method for a healthy result, that's all I meant.

:-))
Paypal is fine. Don't use much but ok or as usual.
I m thinking of something else but haven't finished. Think there might be another glitch. Initially I think the FROB was to channel the funds to the financial institutions and the FFA which is the binding document would need to be amended?
Lost sometime but I ended finding the page on the EU website you want the address?
Without the full text...it is kind of difficult. I don't know.  Refering to the French Press, Merah's rampage was made possible following objective failures in co-ordination between services, whatever it means. In other term, the french security agency gets the blame for dropping the ball  suspected of incorrectly evaluate his willingness to act.....??
It seems there isn't a word regarding the authorities mindset and the missed in the inquiry that allowed the terrorist to keep spotting targets and execute victims for 9 days. Despite crystal clear leads after the second act of terror pointing to radical islamic militant, the inquiry kept focusing on "nazis" and "extreme right groups" loosing very precious time that allowed the third act of terror at a jewish school, distracting the public from focusing on security, eventually report unusual activity and raise security at potential targets definitly playing a role in the third act. No call to witnesses were made. Culture as well as playing politics with origin of threats  and leads after the first act played a major role in the failure.
Here we go, to me u refer to say a decision that allowed a direct recap was made

"10. The Eurogroup will draw up the exact operational criteria that will guide direct bank recapitalisations by the European Stability Mechanism (ESM), in full respect of the 29 June 2012 euro area Summit statement. It is imperative to break the vicious circle between banks and sovereigns. When an effective single supervisory mechanism is established, involving the ECB, for banks in the euro area the ESM could, following a regular decision, have the possibility to recapitalize banks directly."

which to me can't beat a treaty ratified, meaning according to how decisions are made by the ESM governors, FNAG have the means of their policies as well as rule the future of legacy assets.
You loose.
Got my answer 60 Billions according to Mr Juncker.
So, that's ur last shot right. Ok. Go.

lundi 22 octobre 2012

The initial amount for the EFSF loan was set at 100 billions but has it changed? Given that the July document  states for banks in Groups 1 and 2that, no aid will be provided until a final restructuring or resolution plan has been approved by the European Commission, has it been approved?

Not that I know, "By early-October, banks in Groups 1, 2 and 3 will present recapitalisation plans
identifying how they intend to fill the capital shortfalls identified. Capital can be
raised, chiefly, from internal measures, asset disposals, liability management exercises,
and by raising equity or from State aid."

But there is very little around about numbers.
We leave it there? u take the loss?
Just wondering, the document mentioned "A bank-by-bank stress test conducted by an external consultant with regard to 14 banking groups comprising 90% of the Spanish banking system will be completed by the second half of September 2012 (Stress Test)."
Do u have the results?
I m urs now.
France : Adolf Alert - Adolf Alert - Adolf Alert (updated)
Congratulations, no frankly, Congratulations to the unsuspected smartness of the absolute geniuses that have succeeded at getting the french gov with the choice to obey the french islamic authorities or alleniate a significant number of members of that community by asking the dissolution. No matter what, smart move, I guess it is to thank the French president for his most recent move.
If u come up with nothing it is not going to reduce the bet. U give up? hold on I have some congratulations to address.

dimanche 21 octobre 2012

So, what's ur pick? Keep in mind that's ur last and cheating the treaty isn't an option.
Almost forgot about that one... Naguy DO NOT DISTURB... u get it, even on day off u r under scrutinity!
just did was sleepy
Alright go ahead but this is ur last shoot if you miss u pay.
Was kidding. I m putting together some guidelines in case the french goes ahead with their request for US help to restore order. U know it will be major change since not many know about gun points and it is important to know what to do to stay alive. For example, u get pulled over, well as soon as possible, park the car and wait very important wait for police officer's instructions. DON'T get out of the car. The front passenger will get out first, the officer will precise that he wants both hands to come out first slowly, that he wants to see both hands wide open at all times, very important, proceed as u r instructed, don't forget u r at a gun point, driver will get out last, don't do anything stupid since ur life is at stake, officer may shoot. Well u know that kind of stuff.
And some tiling. So, u have come up with something for ur conversion of the ESM into a bad bank that doesn't drive you back to the Finn's parliament.
Think I found what will crucify you... over the point we disagreed

"Like the IMF, the ESM will provide stability support to an ESM Member when its regular access to market financing is impaired or is at risk of being impaired. Reflecting this, Heads of State or Government have stated that the ESM loans will enjoy preferred creditor status in a similar fashion to those of the IMF, while accepting preferred creditor status of the IMF  over the ESM. This status will be effective as of the date of entry into force of this Treaty. In the event of ESM financial assistance in the form of ESM loans following a European  financial assistance programme existing at the time of the signature of this Treaty, the ESM  will enjoy the same seniority as all other loans and obligations of the beneficiary  ESM Member, with the exception of the IMF loans.
I understand that in no circumstances a shift of liabilities off any member's book is possible.
Don't think there is a problem at least not immediately, look below

"Representatives of non-euro area Member States participating on an ad hoc basis alongside
the ESM in a financial assistance operation for a euro area Member State shall also be invited to
participate, as observers, in the meetings of the Board of Directors when this financial assistance
and its monitoring will be discussed. "
Yes and it is part of my plan to get the economy pout of the hole it is in through a major boost ofr growth in the funeral sector :-))
Made it under the Amber Alert mode :-))
France :
Adolf Alert - Adolf Alert - Adolf Alert
France has lauched a full scale Adolf Alert following the trespassing of a mosque under construction. 70 kids have staged a protest for their rights on the roof of the unfinished building causing a major uproar among french leading politicians always on the hunt to detect a possible "Adolph" and his fans. The french gov has announced a full scale inquiry in the action and may seek Uncle Sam's assistance for the western part of France to restore order. ( can't wait for the outcome at gun points when officers will enforce laws) :-)) *
How r u? Long time where have u been?

samedi 20 octobre 2012

The purpose of the ESM shall be to mobilise funding and provide stability support under strict
conditionality, appropriate to the financial assistance instrument chosen, to the benefit of ESM
Members which are experiencing, or are threatened by, severe financing problems, if indispensable
to safeguard the financial stability of the euro area as a whole and of its Member States.

Again, the above is out of the treaty and even with some third guessing, I can't see any room in there for a shift of contigent liabilities off any gov books? FNAG made clear I understand, there will be no bank recap that could be used to keep funding outrageous gov spending.
No, still I disagree.

Disputes concerning the interpretation and application of this Treaty arising between the
Contracting Parties or between the Contracting Parties and the ESM should be submitted to
the jurisdiction of the Court of Justice of the European Union, in accordance with Article 273
of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union ("TFEU").
The above is out of the treaty but what you say is the Governors are left to make the decisions about the so called legacy assets and I disagree with the view.
Can u check the German Press over the ESM status?
No. Nothing so far, French Press is busy with some guys under the name of "Generation Identitaire" (according to "ie" the group has connections with "extreme right"?? no easy reference to politics on the group side and since the french deny rights to the native nations it is always difficult to identify the french immigrants engaged in extreme politics from natives deprived of rights rightfully protesting the shameful french policies towards their rights, culture and sacred land ending in the wrong hands involved with the wrong people due to the french refusal to sign and enforce the EU Charter for National Minorities, to organise their political representation and to face their historical responsability towards these populations they discriminate, humiliate and steal) that occupied peacefully a mosque roof in protest for their rights over their ancestry's sacred land. Somehow it turns political on the gov side but the protest looks to be about a culture rights thing, the French still refusing them any rights for their culture, languages and sacred land while allowing and subsidising mosque building and vamparising off their local economy. On top of what they consider islam an ideology of hatred and death spreading violence in various places of the world, an intolerant ideology they don't wan't around their ancestry's sacred land. They have been arrested and charged. But it doesn't tell much about the ESM, do you have the Finland Press articles at the time of ratification?

Made a couple of corrections but don't know... 70 guys and "ie" girls occupied a mosque roof under construction... that's all really so... but u know it is such a mess with the French system left and right stuff... To me it is a culture thing.
I don't share that view... The French and some others are ready to support that kind of stuff but it is absolutely shameful and wrong, and my opinion is, a veto is the best thing that can happen. Look here, Nearly 6,000 EU staff are paid more than €100,000 says Cameron as he prepares to veto budget hikes . Among these 6000, the outperformers in charge of the financial sector and memberstate deficits oversight who demonstrated given the approval of Greece numbers, the outstanding success of the banking sector regulation , the EU can't do much worse without their services. They can be let go I mean. What do you say?
It is possible to make a crackdown on the central administration.
Pretty cool. That's my preferred bits "Another official insisted that the German-Finnish-Dutch statement did not reopen or undo what was agreed in June, going on to explain:
"Everybody understands that losses incurred some time ago will definitely not be borne by the European taxpayer in the form of a contingent liability." and "The ESM can take direct responsibility of problems that occur under the new supervision, but legacy assets should be under the responsibility of national authorities."
And, there is a legal problem directly connected to the ESM birth certificate Finland made very clear. Under the conditions a majority of countries subscribed to the ESM and national parliaments ratified it, a recapitalisation of banks shifting the contingent liabilities off the government's books for the passed mishandling of the banking sector has never been included and would require to return before parliaments. Clearly we would have a liability tranfer and the ESM turned into a bad bank, something it hasn't been created for.
Enjoyed it?

What you may have missed :

Euro-zone governments should move "quickly" to break the link between bank troubles and the sovereign-debt crisis, a spokesman for the European Commission said Wednesday, as it distanced itself from a German, Finnish and Dutch statement on bank bailouts.
The dispute between four AAA-rated euro zone countries on one hand - German, Finland, the Netherlands and Austria - and indebted states such as Ireland and Spain on the other, threatens to undo or severely set back efforts to allow banks to be directly recapitalised by the euro zone's rescue fund.

Now, neither the summit nor the FNAG statement do address my problem. Fine, there will be an EU regulator under the ECB authority by december 31st that will essentially delegate day to day supervision to national regulators. But,
  1.  When has the EU parliament heard under oath bailed out EU bankers and failed regulators, national and else, on what went wrong to be able to elaborate an inclusive legislation able to restore confidence to both markets and financial products consumers?
  2. When have national parliaments heard under oath their bailed out bankers and failed regulators to overhaul banking national legislation the national regulator will tomorrow use under the ECB authority addressing the loopholes that allowed the situation to happen?
Read, - "The ECB should also be able to carry out supervision directly in a differentiated manner,
meaning: using national supervisors in regular supervisory tasks as much as possible.", translating into the German Regulator to stay in charge of Lander's financial institutions. What should also fit crony banking fans with the inevitable consequences (ie Dexia)....

From the Notebook : "Written by Mr Van Rompuy, the first report (pdf (access at the bottom of the notebook page) set out four “building blocks” needed to redesign the euro zone. These were (in my shorthand):
  • banking union (to stabilise the euro zone’s banking sector),
  • fiscal union (including more fiscal discipline and the introduction of joint Eurobonds),
  • economic union (to promote competitiveness) and
  • political union (to lend greater democratic legitimacy to all this)
The latest report issued a few days ago is an “interim” version (pdf (access at the bottom of the Notebook page) of what is supposed to become a fully-fledged “roadmap” for reform, to be approved at a summit in December. It introduces two new ideas: “Fiscal capacity” (ie, a eurozone budget) and “promoting structural reforms through arrangements of a contractual nature” (ie, a written commitment by countries to enact at least some of the reforms recommended by Brussels).
More on the meaning of these terms later. For now, the latest draft of the communiqué is circulating. I have posted a copy here.
"That's why the European Council called tonight for swift progress, with the objective of agreeing on the legislative framework by 1st of January 2013. Once this is agreed, the SSM could probably be effectively operational in the course of 2013. "

I managed to get a link so I egt to hear some familiar voices. But go ahead, so we can comapre.
Don't know but my reading leads to view it through Liability Responsability Authority, Germany pointing out that there can't be any A without R and then L but there can't be either any L resulting of R not depending of A. Period.

U can check here the bipartisan legislation adopted http://house.gov/

Learn more, what does the President of the United States when Congress fails to move forward or doesn't have the time needed to pass a legislation, he can use an Executive Order or a form of the Executive Order to command and operate the Federal Government should the situation to require action, fast. Executives Orders are of course a permanent subject of controversy. Executive orders are not mentioned by the Constitution, are subject to judicial review, and can be declared unconstitutional.
After u have visited the House and the Senate to find out about the legislation adopted, you can visit here to find out about the recent Executive Orders.

There isn't much on collective rapes outside regions of the world toppled with conflicts. The perpetrator is a stranger for US 26%, Aus 8%, UK 11% out of the total (the other perpetrators being the former partner, a member of family or a friend or acquaintance). As a result of these numbers, the french "tournantes" phenomenon looks isolated in western countries and connected to sectarian violence, a topic the most recent court case ignored and a problem french society experiences a lot of difficulties to explore, identify and name when appropriate since it comes across some other difficult debates about communities, religion and national minorities the french state ignores according to its principles making the search for solutions almost impossible since debate it sparkled all sorts of objections and very hot arguments about everything but the problems. So far the denial of sectarian violence in several areas (mainly suburbs of large cities) has been the line of conduct for politicians looking embarassed to debate it.

More specifically on rape, it seems that the french judicial system experiences problems to invalidate consent as well as evaluate duress looking absolutely obvious in the specific case.
He meant Nobel Economic Prize I guess...
So true!

vendredi 12 octobre 2012

Well, I do understand your frustration but that is due to the distortion of information  you get. I will try to elaborate a little more later but in short, it wouldn’t be right to penalize the UK, Montenegro, Denmark and a few others just because of France and Spain. This prize is for the EU not the eurozone, first and not the least. The EU includes the UK, Denmark, Sweden and the eastern countries such as Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia and many more.
This prize rewards the so civilized handling of the relations between England and Scotland and Wales, Denmark and the Inuit Nation and how many eastern countries have divided themselves to respect cultures and repair terrible passed mistakes in a peaceful manner, comes to my mind Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Of course to see the french politicians parade is outrageous and miserable but I can’t be clearer this prize does not reward their poor, selfish and shameful relations with the Corsican Culture, Euskal Herria or Breizh Nations and passed pain no more than it does honor the ongoing problems with Euskal Herria South or Galizia.
Most politicians throughout the EU show a lot more restrain check it out. But is it a surprise?

Religion vs. Free Speech

This is interesting. It attempts to round up arguments on both sides even if the conclusion is rather questionable since First Amend is so balanced that it has it all. Once agreed the First Amend is no umbrella to offend whoever as an only goal to a free speech while it opposes any censorship using the pretense of offense to silence a free speech. In other words, very clearly the Founding Fathers wanted the First Amend to serve the most noble of all causes, give a voice to the most humble. Is it a surprise to see people from a wide spectrum of powers oppose that?
No. Don't think so.
No way. What was agreed on, was, there will be no more support very soon for lavish lifestyle and bureaucracy countless payroll numbers in Paris and Madrid, funded from Berlin and Barcelona..... BUT,  r u sure Rajoy said that...? That kind of policy looks french to me. Who translated?

No I haven't. FGP today and m looking at Wing Taï?
It is easy talking since we r not directly involved but I agree with the view that if there is no problem with demonstration to express discontent in Greece or wait for an initiative from the French president Hollande in favor of South Europe but it crossed my mind that can the Greeks suffering as a result of the crazy spending that took place be better cared for by themselves, take it in your own hands? I mean they don't have a CBO, I'd say make one, get together and build it, don't let the gov run the show on its own. The Greek CBO would make its own analysis of the budget, classsify the issues in two categories, one addressing the flaws the CBO reckons to be a potential threat for the budget balance in the future as weel as the potential funding gaps of gov programs, the second addressing the actual unfair character of the prioritisation of the ressources allocation and finally the Citizen initiative CBO's recommended solutions. The findings to be taken to the Greek Press to rally as many Greeks as possible behind the initiative and a direct address to the Gov, ignore our initiative and thought through solutions and we'll be lobbying the troika, Germany and the EU Press, the CBO Citizen initiative could tour the capitals to expose the Greek budget flaws and unfairness of the ressources allocation and ask for the troika to retain funds as long as the Greek Gov refuses to adress the budget flaws as well as the ressources allocation priorities.
Would Brussels provide some technical help to a citizen initiative CBO, Greece or elsewhere?

Think it is a good example of a page I'd have liked to see returned since it is politics, it has direct implications for EU citizens since energy as well as environment are concerned and it is educational since the Inuit Nations demonstrate will is everything.

Inuit summit needed to discuss Arctic drilling

Anyway there is ICENEWS.
Can u read it? I do.
Ok but will it return pages from Kalaallit Nunaat?
Do u?
yeah my G****
A CBO.... dear it is populist.....
Never mind. I meant since it is tax payer's money involved in the French company as well as TVO, I don't see why it should be in a business section, it is for everybody and by the way u goota be out of ur mind there isn't any CBO in continental europe or even at the EU with an access for the public. U have that in the UK, in Scandinavia, there isn't a CBO, it is culture plus these guys are very transparent and gov money is well look after but for the rest of it, I mean it is a mess.
it doesn't address this is the only Ip returned from Finland.
No, it was excuded since we had no idea of how the news ranked for the Finn's. Since TVO is a public company very well known, it is possible to evaluate that the story has an audience, but, the French Areva is also a company with a heavy state involvement in the company's board so it is difficult to think that both Gov are not involved at all in the wrangling. Although, it didn't show up at all in the French news.
here is the only result that showed up http://www.helsinkitimes.fi/news/index.php/business/3793-tvo-seeks-monetary-recompense-from-areva which isn't tagged in Finn, that's what I meant.
u r a pain.
don't know but had no Finn's IPs at all... so there must something wrong, if u exclude the TVO 1.8 billion compensation from the French company Areva for delays and ensuing costs story which was tagged in English, no results showed up.

EFAMA signals a significant drop of long term savings in Europe (EFAMA looks at why Europeans have stopped savings for the future) and try to identify the cause, a new challenge for the future of growth on the continent still wrangling with the sovereign debt crisis.
So far, the EU parliament as well as the Commissioner have done very little to address the fiscal anarchy and  failed state policies to grow a tax exempt muni bond market for the union and solve the issues the retail investors face to truly enjoy the benefit of the single market. Sadly, we have seen a lot of fighting and various attempts to undermine the City of London for obscure motives but very little to address the competition issues, the retail investors waiting for a push to see the rise of a Brussels consumer orientated administration at last fighting state bureaucracies to see the Single market benefits finally reaching all citizens in the Union.
I do, got something?
