U know what's sad it always ends up the same way,  people that couldn't afford the service ultimately end up paying for entitlements introduced as progress which was to cost only those who could afford it anyway.... Do you think it helps understand why the Founding fathers called the Bill of Rights half a loaf and made sure the rights promised to the People were those the Gov can always afford regardless of its resources?
