Article 48

Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Article 14(1) shall apply from ...*.

Articles 29 to 33 shall apply from …(45) except in the case of foods labelled by food business operators with, on ...(46) *, less than 100 employees and whose annual turnover and/or annual balance sheet total does not exceed EUR 5 millionwhere they shall apply … (47) **.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.

Article 7 
Fair information practices 
1. Food information shall not be misleading ▌, particularly: 
(a)  in that the description and/or pictorial representation of the food could 
mislead the consumers with regard to its nature, identity, properties, 
composition,  individual ingredients and their  quantity in the product, 
durability, country of origin or place of provenance, method of manufacture 
or production;
