Too soon to tell since had the elder brother been arrested and convicted (not confirmed) in 2009 of domestic violence, I don't know if it would have lead to strip his residency...? I can think of a case of a stripped residency in Florida but the accusation was very serious, as I recall it, the convicted had financial ties with an organisation funding terrorism abroad. If u want have a look at it below, but would it have lead to stripping the residency.
