The company should have invoiced the Sarkozy presidential campaign and instead invoiced the associated political party.
The criminal scheme which motivated the forgery aimed at hiding the spending of 11 millions for the presidential campaign amount to an attempted fraud of 11,62 millions representing the maximum amount the candidates can expect from the treasury.
