I'd go for High School Marching Bands in association with the USSBA. Thinking that the honour to be on the grass that special day will be a lifetime memory helping them since they have fought for it which does not exclude what the NFL seems to consider a fundamental link to pop culture which helps broaden the television audience and interest nation wide. Why not both and ask the NFL a pro bono spot in the half time, a service to the nation's youth.
Can't get rid of the image now there is that foggy aqua world with Katy Perry background sound is clearly out of the Bill's rule boundaries. Definitely wild and an unfair practice to get airtime :-))

Not sure I like very much M. Williams proposal at the end of the clip :-)

It may be that the President knows that the border between Radical Islam and Islam runs very thin up to the point that no one in these societies is immune or ignores the content and views of the section of society supporting it, eventually turning into a majority when associated with social factors, Iran overthrow of the monarchy, Algeria overthrow of the revolutionaries the army cancelled the election, Egypt the army reclaimed power and thinner as the demographics of the region gain momentum inviting to conquest and will increase the pressure on precarious social structures. I can't say I like it but the effort may have been to slow the processes at work in these societies because you can't have it worse, the mankind worst instincts supported by the good conscience of fulfilling the Almighty's will, May be more toxic than Nazism was by reaching out to a larger crowd than just one nation.
If it all go wrong at once it narrows the options to the only one of last resort which has all the chances to prove undeterrent on a caliphat of chaos leaving the delegated management option by an above suspicion entity a better than no solution.
Leaving to open debate the legitimate questions the public has regarding the worse case scenario, are we ready? Do we have the means and our leaders the will to protect and defend our borders and security?
The security failures that lead to successful terrorist acts have brought into the public debate a new question about Democracies leaders will to fight reinforced by the radical Islam organisations advertising they don't, making the task to actually do while preserving the civility of modern societies one more challenge.

Soon to be in love with Morgan, looks inevitable. Thanks to Adam. Just kidding but be honest, what are her chances to keep her business flourishing if she does otherwise, would you stay around a fire range with next to you a guy with an Allahu Akbar phone ring bell or anyone deem to belong to the kind of organisation that has at some point in history seen some of its members engaged in violence and killings. I wouldn't feel comfortable. Thinking of what leads me to wonder how to deal with the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 which is the law of the Land and no one not even Morgan thinks it shouldn't apply, her reference to we are not making wedding cakes here but shooting with lethal weapons pointing to her decision would be different had she been running a bakery she wouldn't be banning anyone clearly appear through that statement. Therefore it looks only fair to admit that her decision to run her gun range business not accepting people she thinks may have been in contact with a criminal ideology and in this specific case "radical Islam" has more ties with her obligations to take every measure possible to insure her customers security than it has to do with the violation of the civil rights act of 1964 and the suspected prejudice her opponents pretend she has towards Muslims, her decision to belong to her discretionary power to ban anyone she thinks unfit to practice the use of fire arms in the premises she owns.
Is it fair? It isn't but is it a violation of the civil rights act motivated by an underlying ideology of hatred towards Muslims as her opponents pretend or is it the result of circumstances that runs from the majority of her existing customers reaction and the financial liability tied to their loss, her obligation to take every step possible to insure her customers security exposing her liability and her right to run a successful business. I go for number two. I don't think she will play the private club game which is odious and perjury rarely helps, it is a private club or it isn't not to mention that often it is a game that has been used to shelter less admissible motives.
Finally, she was very straight forward in answering the questions with sometime candour honouring her however a legal advice on how to both fulfill her legal obligations better and improve her evaluation techniques of unsuitable individuals for the practice of firearms to replace the patronyms examination is suitable I think and I hope she will get it.
The Federal authorities have no tax money to waste for some entities to score political points when a situation where clearly no ideology or militants groups are involved can be solved with a little help eventually by people of goodwill. Will ask Kim.

Elsewhere,
many social media users in Saudi Arabia were delighted that their new king left the president at a parade to go and pray

In a video which has been watched by over a million people online, a man is seen approaching the president. Obama puts out his hand to shake it, but the man turns and tells King Salman it is time for prayers

Witnessing the first Muslim Kingdom Crown claim by a Saudi Arabia King, the social networks delighted at the idea that  'This is the man who left the leader of the most important country in the world to pray,'

Above are 3 links you may want to have a look at. Speaking of @MMFlint, I understand the anger that some words can fuel but it is said that when possible he hires Vets taking when he can other initiatives as well. The credit for these initiatives takes over the disagreement of opinion about a movie. Wish I could convince him it is good cinema and values the best in mankind through what may appear at a first glance a biased recounting of events when you have strong feelings on the political side which he has but it is not what this movie is about.

dimanche 25 janvier 2015

Not that I know but this campaign against the movie is turning truly ugly and really in bad faith, I read that among many other things  "majority of the violent threats we have seen over the past few days are result of how Arab and Muslims are depicted in American Sniper" .

Common sense dictates :

  1. This a movie not a documentary which characteristics are fictional characters
  2. The characters fighting US Troops depicted in the movie are Enemy combatants
  3. Author and producer can't be held accountable for how viewers or the public identify themselves with or identify fictional third parties in the movie, it is everyone's responsibility
  4. Allegations from the victims of poor behaviors finding excuses and explanation for the perpetrators are uncommon and shall be considered with circumspection
I did. Soon to reach the delirium Himalayan heights, American sniper behind "anti Muslim threats"... The drunk guy isn't to be blamed for the the whiskey producer's fault to have mixed in the substance some alcohol...Sure...
M about to write Warner Bros to ask for a series of episodes of American sniper to avoid the binge effect and emphasize about the important dialogue that this picture has generated about the veteran experience. What do u think of it?

vendredi 23 janvier 2015

Because that propaganda movie accusation is just stupid. It doesn't make any sense. America sells a lot of stuff but not ideology, none in the warehouse, you make propaganda to support an ideology not to mention that given the guy u ask Clint Eastwood to make a propaganda thing even if u were the President my bet is u will be told to go to hell. How do u want to have an ideology to support when the Constitution first words are We The People...  it is just incompatible.
When I first read  there was a controversy I looked at what's available to read and watch and I thought it is weird really. If it was just about killing 160 something enemies it makes Chris Kyle a very successful professional but it doesn't make a movie, it takes more than that and it is more than a hero thing as well since in a way any Service member that was in combat situation is at least for his a hero, so it is always a combination of a situation and someone special through both his personal history and time under the uniform. I think what shows it best is when he went to Bill O'Reilly's show and that he repeated twice that his focus was on making sure that as many as possible return home safely, if you pay attention, anyway I felt it like that, he was talking to himself just trying for the 999 time to persuade himself that there was nothing else to do. It is the combination of the lethal professional he was and how uncomfortable he felt about it that made him special I'd say.
Below the numbers I mentioned
http://www.amrf.fr/Dossiers/Parit%C3%A9pourlescommunes.aspx there is the need to add other spending budgets covering wider areas (I m looking into it) that said that fight isn't the right one it will lead nowhere rurality verses urbanity may be wrong but it is ok to engage in these policies and the national minorities will never have I insist never a political majority winning a fight in parliament to reverse the amount of spending per capita for urban areas in favor of a redeployment in favor of rural areas. Nonetheless if looking through the state spending per capita map to the ethnic map, and what you see is that the so called rural areas of less state spending per capita coincide with concentration of large numbers of national minorities group, Bro you have something prosecute able If I may say. This is a game changer can't win the political fight rural verses urban the political numbers are at play u loose, before the Court, plain and simple discrimination of state pending per capita showing a clear disadvantage running up to 50% in some cases essentially targeting certain national ethnic minorities, that is an entire different story. Now it is a lot of work, can help but u guys can prepare aspirin because it needs to collect a lot of numbers and won't be an easy fight.

jeudi 22 janvier 2015

Not sure it is intentional to be absolutely honest. There isn't a culture among elected officials of accountability for anything themselves, legislation, policies or spending. So can the Court order the state to produce the materials they need to investigate how the tax euros are used is what they will look forward to.
Have found u some numbers but it isn't spread to ease the task. Will post u the link a bit later. Officially the French state pretends principles are behind its decision to not collect or publish statistics ethnic Information which leads to this situation where it can be valuably argued it opposes public spending transparency and accountability making the task for citizen organisations to investigate any area of the state policies results almost impossible.

It depends on where u look at the definition but generally speaking the lawyers are looking into we have two abusers Turkey and France and the idea is there must be consequences to some extent, legal, that could lead to the invalidation by the Court of judicial decisions made in the two incriminated states regarding the individuals that belongs to native nations or national minorities denied all or part of the legal provisions the FCNM and the ECRML provide to protect their interests (ie FCNM part of the Human Rights convention section 1 article 1. Examining if these legal provisions may or may not have played a determining role in the initial judicial decision is irrelevant.
Not sure it is complicated system of state redistribution budget to cities where it is alleged the national minorities are deliberately discriminated getting in some cases up to less than 50% of what Immigrants or Immigrants descent get. The average looks to show they could well be right. Although the state argues they are no ethnic discrimination against national minorities, the amounts redistributed (per individual) is based on cities size not racially or ethnically determined. It remains to be seen but clearly the budget policies results show some ethnic group are disadvantaged which in itself is sufficient to look at the legal consequences.

It looks going south
Shiite insurgents control Yemen’s presidential palace and residence
R u surprised by the controversy, cause I m. Not sure I get what it is about, the movie isn't about celebrating war, snipers or death, it is about celebrating the heart and the soul of American values, honor, courage, commitment and ductus exemplo through Chris Kile's life showing the ups, downs and soul challenges he faced on duty. Given Clint Eastwood film making history it could not have been otherwise I guess. Can only thank @MMFlint for posting that link.

Nothing, accountability not looking very pretty and how many of that kind they have  on the loose, that's all, I mean do they only know?
According to the regional newspaper Midi Libre, "a cache explosives" was discovered not far from the Sauclières stadium on Béziers.
The newspapers police sources said firefighters were sent to the scene as a precaution. It also claimed that 100 grams of TATP explosives were found in apartment in Béziers . That is the same kind of substance that were used in the Boston marathon bombing.
One of those arrested lives in Béziers and another "probably" in the Mediterranean city of Montpellier, said the prosecutor.
Investigators are trying to find the addresses of three other individuals held in custody.
According to Midi Libre one of those held was implicated in a 2008 bombing in Montpellier, which left several people injured.
The disturbing part of the story being why isn't he behind bars after 8 people injured, two seriously.... ??
Don't bother just wondering.
Just thought that since many in Europe don't have a very high opinion of US Sheriffs it is an opportunity they can witness first hand that Haynes Sheriff is a good man, clearly stating he prefers suspects to surrender and giving otherwise consequences in a way suspects will be poorly inspired to pretend they ignored. That said most Sheriffs if not all are exactly like that they prefer to avoid gunfights but if they are challenged suspects shouldn't doubt the inevitable outcome.
By the way relations with Qatar just popped in the debate as some French politicians want answers following a US treasury report,  what are the chances they ignore Qatari security people activities around Paris?

If they are to be reasonable the two conventions are the right path to remedy a deteriorated situation. The underlying factors are multiple and run from the denied competition of interests between successive wave of Immigrants, the long time overdue end of abuse of native nations interests and neglect as well as an education system that fails to teach the basic principles such as the rule of law, democracy, judicial system that are just as necessary than write, read and count.
What was it about
Look it is a foreign country, a foreign language unknown grounds and to be honest eventually not very friendly so apologies are just as fine as asking a French reporter to apologise for reporting 20 years ago on Harlem making some racial assumption and jumping to conclusions a bit quickly of how America is a racist society something they do on a regular basis and did again when speaking of the events of Ferguson neglecting a range of scientific evidence.
Generally speaking to end this stuff, up to close to the end of President Bush presidency may be a little before that u r right CNN had a share but after the accusations of War crimes and torture, the tone, most moved to Fox because it is unacceptable given what can be seen from people with just a microphone and a tvcam, many prefer not to know what they would do with a weapon and a uniform and surely would refuse to be in the same unit.
Got it.
Ask the guys they will tell u the same thing. It is the voice, the accent how things are said, it makes u feel comfortable. It is about that.
Never mind about the conventions FCNM and ECRML
U gotta be kidding me. All the guys watch Fox every time something hot goes on because everyone wants facts knowing mistakes can be made but guess why is it we all do that because it is hot and u want a friendly atmosphere, a feel at home thing.
No he hasn't. I have no idea and didn't hear much about it. It came briefly on air but well it isn't truly a surprise before that incident if ever it did take place the network was nicknamed f### news since a number of people who were not great fans of President Bush had assumed the network was more a Republican support agency than a News network.
So what r u asking me?
M eatin a bit later if it is ok. Not much French talk talk ramage plumage... for the most, substance side return to the pork spending budgets classic fight.

dimanche 18 janvier 2015

It is difficult cause every time I end up doing both so...
But to make it short two categories object the strongest to both conventions in France the religious radicals and the politic extremists. The two sharing the same intolerance to the sleeping policemen any legal framework represents, slowing their endless race to impose their standards onto everybody whatever these standards may be. The two as well can't stand any legal exception that reduces the vulnerability of the most exposed in society to their set of tyrannies and views of equality used to disguise their will to abuse the rights of the minorities they fear the legitimacy to withstand their will.
Among the arguments used the division factor is ridiculous, these two conventions pursue the contrary. Will post u more tomorrow.
Yes I do but they look alright they r back to politics as usual and the expectation to see the push back of "islamophobic" backlash morph into a positive advantage to make claims for more dollars into spending budgets directed at immigrants education areas proves right.
It looks unfair since some small guys that are understandably angered are already the targets of the French gov and they are not helped eventually prosecuted...
I don't know if they have, they do complain about two apps Skype and Snapchat for which allegedly they don't have a backdoor.
Among their true woes, inability to reassure main street leads to nearly 60 alleged islamophobic acts running from mosque degradation with paint, a couple of arson and some pork items moved from the general meat section to the Halal meat section in supermarkets which of course is against the law or of bad taste. Nonetheless, they have been unable to just be reassuring with a simple statement making clear that feeling uncomfortable in the presence of people wearing militant Islamic outfit and or supporting Islamic proselytic speeches is perfectly understandable and absolutely admissible however the rule of law and good education are our pride and we ask everyone feeling anger, disgust to scrupulously be law abiding citizen.
Anger often leads to make mistake and no help is offered as to how express this anger and frustration with a speech within the law boundaries.

I think this is the song they played at the funeral
ʃɪd o̜ːld ə.kwɛn.təns bi fəɾ.ɡot, ən nɪ.vəɾ brɔxt tɪ məin? ʃɪd o̜ːld ə.kwɛn.təns bi fəɾ.ɡot, ən o̜ːl lɑŋ səin? fəɾ o̜ːl lɑŋ səin, mɑ dʒo, fəɾ o̜ːl lɑŋ səin, wiːl tɑk ə kʌp ə kəin.nəs jɛt, fəɾ o̜ːl lɑŋ səin.
The instrumental with the bagpipe
What does it say?
The recollection is still on going but it points to the same initial over all picture. Self inflicted for most of it.

  • Not discussed any more, loose security, unprofessional behaviour and poor thinking of habits around a target with an iconic potential made the almost perfect opportunity.
  • Gov policies and speech for years clearly perceived as weakness easily redeployed to support rigorous Islam with little opposition as officials are trapped meddling in religious affairs with political correctness and racism hanging over every word they use
  • Spreading Lawlessness, the rule of law not a priority in education
  • FCNM and ECRML not ratified and not implemented complete the overall feeling of state and lawmakers weakness and inability to rule on difficult matters
  • Demographic momentum powering the competition within the Islamic community for its leadership rewards better extreme views. A situation complicated by France' passed with North Africa, moderate leaders easily accused and seen within the community as "Harkis", in other words, those yesterday accomplices of the French state in the war against the independence of North African Nations are today replaced by accomplices of the French state war against true Islam and are today's traitors.
They will update as it comes in

mardi 13 janvier 2015

48 hours and very little done which may lead to a return to the political gridlock that allowed the success of the terrorist op. The useful information looks to be the confirmation that prosecute individuals involved in terrorism before criminal courts is a failure preventing interrogation and evaluation of suspects or detainees by specialized interrogators leading eventually to the early release of dangerous individuals falling into a system unprepared to handle militarized like combatants.
I will stick to that despite your post, the rippling effects of the Islamic revolution in Iran that overthrew a monarchy' like regime seen as corrupted and morally corrupted by its relations with the West keep running their course within the Sunni world, the high tides haven't been seen yet. Rouhollah Khomeini's fatwa calling for the murder of the Satanic verses author and the stand off that ensue fed through the Sunni world for over two decades and had at least to be equaled and better surpassed, this is what we witnessed in Paris. A target of opportunity more than an absolute target, local operatives, elevated degree of lawlessness, loose security.

lundi 12 janvier 2015

I understand that the 36 000 thousands tweets that support the killings of Charlie's team of journalists are disturbing and disgusting but rather than immediate prosecution with a very small number of counts to prosecute I wonder whether it is the best choice specially since it will also inevitably lead to prosecute the "moron" style who needs a couple of days and three or four re reading of what he typed to think it through. I guess I would favor a more targeted approach, exclude the above style if no history of tweets that fall in the category and then for all the others make a patient search in files for anything of interest, investigate, pile up the counts and when it looks good, prosecute, strip residency and or citizenship and a must, deport. Once the state has the reputation of doing so, it will reduce the number of tweets falling in that category.
To know if the guy that spoke for 7 hours to the investigators is a new man u'd need to read the testimony. If he is, he has delivered some key elements that help to understand the underlying factors and pattern of the attack. A specialized interrogator over a period of time can tell with the analysis of the motives if there are elements that allow the conclusion a rehab is possible. Where it gets difficult in such a case is the margin error, cause there is one and since the consequences can be devastating a tough job. Reduce the margin means time and is also related to the age and personal history.
may be
Not sure think they r looking into create a French Pegida sort of to precisely avoid degradation and other stuff that r stupid, most of these guys aren't bad people just frustrated at governments that screwed their way of life and habitat... u know. Would be much better if they demonstrate properly.
I don't know but the French Press I mean tv broadcasters are terrible u know... :-)) guess what they r up to tonight, trying to excite the small guy with the important amount of money the state will be spending with extraordinary security for mosques ... I can't believe it
"Fredou had reportedly met with a family member of one of the Charlie Hebdo victims before committing suicide. "
Any knowledge of the circumstances under which he reportedly met with a family member of the satirical magazine victims?
Was plain on that one. It is overplayed given they come up the right analysis and a decent plan. Was kind of optimist up to saturday though I admit that they r so happy with themselves over how they ran the sunday show, the risk they fall back into their political demons has increased ten folds. A 48 hours to get their stuff together and a further 24 and we'll see though clearly unless behind closed they start to have a better understanding, a take over may appear necessary at some point. It should be cleared by thursday.

dimanche 11 janvier 2015

Difficult to say right now but it looks overplayed ie far right backlash. Can u get me the Highest ranking Saudi clergy reaction if any?
"The Al-Watan daily, for its part, accused the Labor Ministry of trying to deceive the public by its denial, and claimed to have a recording in which a senior ministry official confirmed its claims on the matter. The daily also published an opinion piece by its columnist Musa'ad Al-'Osaimi in which he condemned the calls against the employment of non-Muslims, and especially of Jews, in the kingdom.

Saudi Labor Ministry: The Inclusion Of The Word 'Jewish' In The Ministry's Computerized System Does Not Mean That It Is Permissible To Bring Jews Into The Kingdom."

and confirm it is Rouhollah Khomeini that issued the fatwa calling for Salman Rushdie assassination, how would you rate his knowledge of Islam? They are having the debate about was there any Islamic legitimacy in the assassination of the Charlie's hebdo satiric magazine and the only comparable situation I can think of is that fatwa, wondering whether or not this debate took place when Khomeini issued the fatwa.

jeudi 8 janvier 2015

We'll see in the coming days but for now all the Sunni insurgency wherever they are will be celebrating very proudly and praising theirs for what they see as an outstanding success they accomplished where a State failed to succeed, the Shia Iran, when it failed to carry out the punishment promised to Salman Rushdie for what was seen as an Islam desecration. So they will look at it as a tremendous victory as they ridicule security agencies and a western government but it is also an enormous asset to confront the Shia organisations that now have "failed the prophet" while the Sunni militants succeeded at "defending his honor and punishing by death anyone desecrating him" which is expected to be a powerful asset in that fight between the two branches of Islam.
Not sure they do. Sometime they are so much focused on how it will play out in their political world they don't see the big picture.
It is difficult to say but generally speaking most folks understand the Officials and the French Press were politically motivated in downplaying the events that took place before the holy days that were crystal clear advanced signals something was under way that should have lead to a very big increase of security and scrutiny and are right now trying to evaluate what degree of political motivation and negligence lead to the satiric magazine disaster wondering what may be next.
It looks ok... The rule is according to convention a 24 hours breather before the blame game goes on but the French national political stage is another world, the victims aren't buried yet that the strategy and tactics of how to turn a security disaster into a political victory is on full sail. A demonstration initially scheduled for saturday has been moved to sunday and a battle to restore the credibility of President Hollande and tradional political parties (called the Republican parties pretty awkwardly when your reference are the Founding Fathers) at the expense of the National Front seen as the far right.
Very poor taste indeed, the bodies aren't even cold yet that the national stage politicians are trying to take advantage of the situation exploiting the legitimate emotion with in sight the round of elections coming soon.
The UK didn't wait and some extra security steps have been put in place to watch carefully the crossing Calais Dover where on the French side some anarchy has allowed a very degraded security situation.
Not sure the French voters are going to appreciate very much the political show staged for sunday when many start to understand they could soon face a full blown Islamic insurgency in many parts of the country.

lundi 5 janvier 2015

A culture thing, take on the small guy and jumped at his throat if he makes a mistake is something u wouldn't take pride at doing right u'd feel disgusted at urself I would too but they don't, they feel comfortable, happy may be not happy but satisfied at the smart move they make by doing so when the mob is already barking see what I mean there is something of a jubilation nature in the way they feel when they do so and it is extremely destabilizing in a way because u feel it is so wrong u know, u get it?
Cause they got nothing in common if u exclude they sort of speak the same language given the conversation isn't about any concept that what I meant
Don't know cause I don't understand... What r u asking?
U should go since most of it has been invested in there so u may as well have a look. Don't know yet but no more than a month and no less than two weeks....
Nope he posted he was pleased with it and he truly appreciated the songs pick so I guess he will have a good laugh every time he looks at it but don't expect a post any time soon, they have been told to lay low
No kidding me. Have u guys gone to the farm yet?
Indeed... But what r u up to? An old tune for now
Did,'t have to wait very long into 2015 to get a first cornerstone with two world records down by a wide margin, recklessness and cowardliness now in the hands of some French national stage politicians. An elected local official of a tiny village of hardly two thousands folks left alone to face all the consequences of an illegal settlement of a Rom community may have and allegedly has refused the burial in the village's cemetery of an illegal settlers family dead new born kid. The very same politician elite that never helped through funding or removal of the illegal settlement this tiny community can't afford by itself couldn't resist the opportunity and jumped on the blame the small guy wagon the Press had already trialed and sentenced as the 2015 ugly racist of the year. My goodness, the move may not be the smartest and surely lack some sensitivity but before labeling the local elected official a would be Nazi, should the "elite" be better inspired looking at a more desperate move to attract some attention to an unsustainable situation for this small community rather than lashing out at a local elected official with the foreseeable criminal consequences seen now with damages done to the town hall.
Recklessness and cowardliness honored of a state that has allowed an illegal settlement to flourish unchecked with the inevitable consequences and refused to fund, manage and lead with an appropriate policy not to mention a direct reward to violate trespassing laws. A shame. Although, a renewed opportunity to witness if the old tune of when the elite ceased to act, lead and fund as such to just be and judge, the countdown has already started, running out of wisdom to act and lead they are soon to be replaced.
We'll see. I take the bets, for how much u guys are in?
