• Gov policies and speech for years clearly perceived as weakness easily redeployed to support rigorous Islam with little opposition as officials are trapped meddling in religious affairs with political correctness and racism hanging over every word they use
• Spreading Lawlessness, the rule of law not a priority in education
• FCNM and ECRML not ratified and not implemented complete the overall feeling of state and lawmakers weakness and inability to rule on difficult matters
• Demographic momentum powering the competition within the Islamic community for its leadership rewards better extreme views. A situation complicated by France' passed with North Africa, moderate leaders easily accused and seen within the community as "Harkis", in other words, those yesterday accomplices of the French state in the war against the independence of North African Nations are today replaced by accomplices of the French state war against true Islam and are today's traitors.
