Thinking the 1st Amend is winning the battle of free speech because of its pedagogical nature. Not that easy to decide in fact as banning altogether all the speeches deemed disturbing, inappropriate, utterly wrong remains a permanent temptation while doing so can soon when the history associated with the bans is ignored or not understood turn them into a list of orientated taboos and lead society as a whole to save on the relentless efforts necessary to permanently update the argued speeches praising the right over the evil wrong?
