I buy, a change in their Constitution including

• A status for the Small Nations declaring their Lands a Culture and Language safehaven stating they can't be forced to speak any other language and shall assume the future of the Land through the creation of the appropriate councils.
• The Small Nations Economic Rights Act - Ressources to engage the economics reforms necessary to build the Land future and protect the Small Nations populations from unfair competition and networks.
