That is a french argument answering my previous assertion regarding the superiority of the Sudanese Constitution. There are two ways to look at it. You can look at it as gross, uneducated and a poor cover up for a lack of any good argument. Typical. Or, you can also see it as a rethoric technic aimed at shut me up that avoids to have to argue on the topic which was the lack of Rights for Citizens and Minorities in the French Constitution.
