I don't think so.... that's how I read it but u know what...we'll see because a little soon eventually. Sarky had faced a tough situation when he traveled to North Euskal Herria, Valls shares with Sarky to not belong to a native nation under french administration and the whole idea was to send a message to the natives... Beware, people of immigrant descent now run  the show and any native can be deported anytime under any pretense such as may belong to an organisation or may not a kind of pay back for Sarky's bad time there...
