M not sure I know that the French taxpayers are in for abortion whether or not they disagree... they are forced to participate regardless of their opinions but I don't know if the taxpayer is funding through taxes artificial methods of procreation regardless of his or her opinions and situation and the involved couple's wealth  but I would say yes?
