Quite frankly I haven't pushed it over as they escape pretty fast any conversasion leading to the Small Nations Rights using the first article of their constitution as a weapon they say it is verses the Small Nations in an attempt to dismiss any argument to support these rights. Quite funny is the way they do it, it's supposed to kill you, kinf of... you know, they throw it and it should silence you at least they expect it does.

Sometimes, I go, ... and? So I get that phony look..., you know.... and I say, AND....? I get some mouth noises, awkward really, and I go what was the writing purpose I mean? What was it trying to offset, was it to address and offset any negative play of birth, race, religious and else belonging in the law making process or the judicial system and isn't your interpretation to forbide any claim related to the right to be a Corsican, a Breizh person and celebrate as well as enjoying the language, the culture, the heritage, the land in every aspect of today's life a little bit abusive?
