P&P, we have a new entry and a great one!

Welcome Mr Couderc to the PINHEAD Hall of Fame, you're my pick and let me tell you we haven't had one of that tremendous significance for quite a while.
The story ; All people involved being french politicians to set the tone. What happened today?
Mr Couderc said today he wants a law (no less) to silence a political rival Mr Freche in a soon to be local election on a territory under the paris regime administration, Mr Freche being guilty of recently telling a newspaper, Mr Fabius didn't look very catholic(ie may be not very honest referring to the period of France was a all catholic country?) and previously to have accused publicly a group of people from the "Harkis" community of being an under category of humans for helping out some politicians who had sold out their parents to the Algerian authorities during the war with France. The law Mr Couderc wishes aimed at make sure next time Mr Freche could be condemned and silenced. It is very unclear that in both cases, racial slurs were used but Mr Freche has now been a controversial figure of french politics for quite a while but remains popular with his constituants what the paris authorities don't like.
Getting it?
Who are the "Harkis"?
The only french citizens (among the people born out of the territories currently under the paris regime administration) who earned their citizenship with their blood serving in the french army during the war between Algeria and France. They should have been loved, treated like king and never called again after the war end "Harkis" as in Algerian terms it is an insult and among the worse ones you can think of. Nevertheless, they are still called like that today, pretty much mistreated and you have Mr Couderc asking for a law in their name calling them the name to end eventually Mr Freche from doing it again or anybody else.
Mr Couderc is a Pinhead.
