Today's fun - Scandalous Sarky's aid still in the midst of a rebouding fight

Going toe to toe with the SRPJ police team:
What have you guys asked the suspect that could not be verified immediately and could explain why he was kept in custody for 48 hours...you hadn't done to identify the emails sender in the first place?
The consequences may be terrible for the taxpayer... if the defense of the suspect can show he was kept in custody not to satisfy the inquiry need as he had been identified without doubt as the email sender before his arrest but just kept in to scare , harrass and bully him... he will be soon asking for millions and I won't blame him...
Following the reactions in the Press Mrs Dati has wished to let the public know why she decided to contact the police and engaged outraging costs at the taxpayer's expense to suit her desire to see the suspect punished for daring to send emails to her mentionning her mistake.... In the statement she mentions she felt threatened for her safety..?
Mrs Dati's statement

Chers tous,
Je me suis sentie menacée. Au delà d'être une élue, je suis une femme et une mère, et j'ai tout simplement eu peur pour ma sécurité et surtout celle de ma fille. Bien à vous, Rachida Dati

To be honest, the statement makes things worse. (stay tuned)

Mrs Dati is a well known politician, a former Secretary, a powerful person with powerful high profile friends, the type of police intervention proves it.... Who's going to buy she felt threatened when she didn't even bother, number one, answer the first email to tell the sender his conduct was inappropriate and warn him of the legal consequences of his actions should he decide to send more mails, number two, she doesn't feel the need for an antispam, number three she didn't bother blocking the sender's address making him confortable to go on with more, number four will she dare telling the public she didn't know how to block a sender...?

Now what? Was it something to do? I guess not but let's be honest when you're powerful you can expect some of that even more of that when you make such a mistake on tv (fellation instead od inflation)and as long as it doesn't contain specified threats a very simple reminder of the legal consequences does the job. A former Gov Secretary can take the heat... from an ordinary folk sending a mail... and more than one? I will recommend him to sue the lady as I feel he was somewhat encouraged to send more since he got no answer to his first and the second didn't bounce...?

Ireland, Greece Debt Woes Arrest Sovereign Default Swaps Rally

Today's fun - They never stop do they?

Paris never stops for the fun amateur....? Stunning!
Mrs Dati, a notorious Sarky's aid for a while has problems of her own with the french language when it comes to the economy(not the first time), her most recent outing... lead to a big laugh throughout the political spectrum after she mentioned in a speech fellatio (french fellation) instead of inflation... Someone paying attention in a city near by Lyon (a couple of hours away from Paris) seduced by Mrs Dati's economics decided to send a few emails asking for some inflation. According to the most recent report, guilty of asking for "a little inflation" from Mrs Dati, the cops arrested the guy, he remained in custody for two days for questionning...?? and finally charged with "insult to a public figure"...?? (unclear charge to me??? so far) and released to appear in court on december 3rd.
Interested in Mrs Dati's economics read here (french)
A story unfolding...
At this stage, it is still unclear if the questionning was about technics... inflation reduction technics used in the 80s interest rates spike and M3 surveillance or some more recent inflation stimulation also known as QE...
Is Mrs Dati QE supportive?
I planned to question the "SRPJ" police team in charge of the arrest and the questionning of the suspect.

The guy is a bit of a ballet dancer. His strong language reveals his cheap bet to score political points based on Molex workers are dumb don't get a thing of what's going on, don't know he's largely to blame for the situation with in mind, "hate capitalism, don't try to understand it, don't educate yourself, just blame the system while you do, you're not asking tough questions and we don't have to bother with accountability, I will help you heading in that direction". I can't help to admire such noble thoughts and consideration for the People. The interest he shows for the People to learn how to be in charge of their best interests keeps stunning me and to have at heart such a generous vision for the ordinary folks to deserve a hateful speech about shareholders "sucking the worker's blood" as an explanation of a conflict when you're the Secretary of Commerce (somewhat) tells surely and will for a long time how much of a humanist a french politician can be...

Shameless the french are when it comes to the Small Nations as they have problems with concerns, they don't know what it is I'd say. On the Small Nations side, it's such a long history of pain, misery, lack of care, bullying of all sorts and as a result I don't blame them for some mistakes that frankly are secondary once you start to understand what they have been through leading to violence seen as the only thing to be heard. At this stage I'd say that.

Most investors have had a partial answer with the latest crisis, hasn't HSBC's management of risks proved the taxpayer's bailout liability is close to zero when long tradition of banking at the highest level in a pro business environment has proved to be very efficient, safe and unrivaled worldwide.

I consider that kind of assertion absolutely dishonest, pretend the Corsican, Euskadi, Breizh and some other community youth do not have some very tough challenges of their own is a lie... I'm sorry but it's like that. In a changing world and a very challlenging environment their precious and very special Heritage will be like never under big threats with conseque, ces that won't be just cultural but will directly impact their future opportunities, well being and way of life with so fara state still working against their best interests and spoiling their Land... n

MOLEX

Eric mentioned he may go to court, well, right now I wouldn't recommend it. I strongly suggest you try to settle the dispute through a meeting with Molex US management and avoid any offensive language at top level. Why, because there is a culture problem and frankly I'm surprised Christine has not warned you as she probably know or should.
Molex US management is under the impression they have been cheated when you think you are too. On Molex US side, as far as I know they truthfully and faithfully settled the dispute through an agreement and until the new attempted court action paid (whatever the agreement was about)according to the deal. What you have to understand from their perspective the deal you agreed on or whoever was the other party at the dispute was complete and final and it'd be so in the US. There is noway you go back to court to say I changed my mind and want more I thought it over and so on....that doesn't run.
Now guess what... when the deal was made US management was under the impresssion and it should have been that way, the other party was also truthful and faithful (I'm not sayin you were not, culture) to the deal but I bet there is in no mention in the deal of any further possible litigation in court coming on top of whatever was agreed then. US management to conclude they have been cheated in the deal (culture) that whoever was the other party at the table voluntarily hided the possible further litigations and decided the deal was dead right there. I also think that may be you were not dishonest when the deal was made and the idea of further court action came later with no intention and no impression(culture) to be unfaithful to the deal but you are (culture) in the US and it'd be the same in the UK.
Now I don't know the deal, not much of the dispute but when I heard the payments stopped after a new court action.... here we go.
Being truthful and faithful to the deal for both parties mean everything was said about the dispute and the dispute settled with the arrangements with no further litigation unless stated.
Hopefully, you'll come to your senses, take a flight and go for a meeting with Molex with in mind that right now they feel cheated, I do understand you may feel the same but frankly I doubt there is anything in the deal about any further litigation? Not to mention that's exactly how to get a bad name.
Alright.
Should I?
She writes about it but there must be something we never see anyone express concerns about the well being of the Corsican Breizh or anyother language, culture and locuters. I keep having this interogation why is it that you have that kind of rich diversity of expression possible and you don't celebrate it, you don't push it?
I mean blog ?
You don't have her's?
That's another from Laura on Juan.
NPR's liberal bias exposedJuan Williams was fired from NPR for his comments on 'The O'Reilly Factor' last night. He said he felt nervous when he gets on a plane and sees Muslims in religious garb. He also argued with Bill, saying you can't associate terrorism with all Muslims. For this, the liberal, taxpayer-funded radio organization sacked him. If he wasn't working for Fox News, would he have been fired? (Exclusive Laura365 Member Audio)
If 'm right, post of course not!!
Kidding are you?
He's mad, he posted drink their blood to find out that's primitive!!!
People get passionate about all kinds of things and we should find out what make them so nervous about people passionate with Euskadi or Breizh or... Rights, what is it they have in mind to be so tacky about it.
I suggest you try for Breizh Rights, someone else does Corsica Rights with some national politicians entourage and we'll see if those phony reactions do depend on whose rights are involved? What do you think?
That's an example and it is primitive but I had another in mind. Passionate about something is common right? I mean you have people passionate about I don't know the Everglades, a highway, sea turtles in Daytona, Civil Rights, a community I mean you know people get passionate about things that's part of life, right? Well, if you do that and engage a conversassion about the Euskadi Rights with non Euskadi folks, you're passionate about they'll first ask why you're somekind of "spokeperson" for the cause...???? and quickly engage in guessing what are your backminded intentions to explain why you're talking about that and that's I think a very primitive reaction, it's just like if you're passionate about something there is something wrong and that's kind of weird really. I think you ought to try it and then we'll compare? I said the language is involved as I've seen over and over again what I think is the inability to express concerns?
I'd say it's a combination of both the character and the language in which the language plays a bigger role than expected and a cause for the lack of communication explaining the endless source of some violence?
The eplatform is rather great I think. But opening accounts is much tighter then it used to be. (Happy?)

Just got Laura's on Juan
Fit in with the liberal elite or else (it speaks to you?);
The fallout from NPR's canning of Juan Williams continues. The liberal elite have no tolerance for honest debate and discussion. (Exclusive Laura365 Member Audio)Juan Williams talks with Laura about his slightly hectic week, the personal attacks coming at him from the left, and the culture of hypocrisy that plagues NPR.Hilary Shelton, the NAACP's vice president for advocacy, comes on the show for a shootout with Laura over racial comments made about Juan Williams and the NAACP's report on 'racist elements' within the Tea Party.
With all due respect you know what I'd say they're a bit primitive I mean the french elites, they don't get everything.... you know.
No kidding..! look I'm done with that;.. dummies of that scale are rare stuff, you know period.
He just posted Bahrein SM
Don't know he just posted the symbol I guess from the pink sheets.?
EU? ....?I don't know? In some respects you know the policies and programs the french central gov runs on the Small Nations looks a bit like the mistakes of the 19th century in the US. They still don't understand they have a special responsability towards the Cultures and owe these Cultures a special protection their policies expose to risks.
I scored high... It was fun and they deserve it, instead of appeasing and build on to improve relations, they excite people and for elites to do so is wrong, but at the same I feel sorry for the folks, you know they got no one such as Reverend Al Sharpton or Juan (on Fox) that happened to just be in a similar situation (I wish he could teach some), no one articulate enough to hold a decent conservation with the guy to tell him Sir, what you say did hurt us and anyway what did you want to say, truly to find out if they're really dealing with something worth a big fight, I think they don't know how to do it, it's sad really... but that's how African French elites are.... weird...
Anyway, I'm just done with the graphs, sending.
And BSI I don't have, Cellcom is NYC, you have to wait. Monday.

Thought, you'd said you'd taken the day off to go somewhere. That's all.
I think he knew what he was doing, his first sentence of the controversy answering his interogative second sentence ....? Did he know it'd be provocative, I think he did, a bit of a challenge I guess as well as prove there is a need for debate on controversial issues.
Well, hey I mean it's fair game. I waited to snipe as many as I can.
Thought you were off today?
As Bill reins in the french entitlements and exposes the consequences (street riots) my eyes crosses in a demonstration "If I can't have my benefits, You can't have your profits" and Jean-Paul gets I guess the kind of controversy it was reasonable to expect since he speaks a now rather rare version of the french language....
Amasing world?
What about "If I can't have my profits, you can't have your benefits as part of my profits pays for your benefits"?... What kind of set back can someone had to experience to demonstrate for benefits? After all "benefits " (excluding special needs) are just the price you're paid to accept to not be asking for your small or not share of profits? Are you better off with benefits from the state charity scheme politicians sponsors for election purposes or should you be demonstrating and telling the gov, you have a duty, I don't want any of your charities, make sure the economy runs high, adopt the legislations needed to end any monopoly public or private whatever the sector as well as any too big to fail, adopt customs legislations making sure no one entertains competition with any of the previous and work endlessly to make sure everyone has at least a small share of "profits" and is in the competition?
Now, how could french workers and their organisations be doing anything different when they have been dealing with govs that have shown them for the past 35 years, more or less that it was OK to run budget deficits, a poor economy with a constant lack of jobs, a retirement system ponzi like funded? What is happening here is exactly what happened to Bernie, I mean frankly, the gov collected money on wages they spent paying the previous generation of workers pensions and they're telling the folks that want to get out the scheme, well, we can't pay one out of ten pensions therefore we have to change the rules you guys can use to get out, guess what? the folks don't like it and eventually don't want to hear about it....? If someone has to be blamed here, it's the gov and not just Sarky's but all the previous for quite a while since they knew this was coming and did little or nothing to enter the path to a more sustainable system and spread the effort over time to get to a truly funded retirement system?
Next, Rupert. Rupert, could you please start a FoxEU News Corp and lend Bill and Geraldo for a quick moment? To teach that even in the middle of a controversy you can speak and run a show so these guys can talk to one another even to disagree?
Look, Jean-Paul, you should have been wiser unless you did it unpurpeous and wanted to organise a new flight to the North Pole with some dressed for a WE in the Bahamas?
I will tell you what I heard and if so, Geraldo (he's great at that) or Bill could have you guys, Elie and a few others including a bench of french journalists on a show for a decent conversation like it took place for Imus and many others?
He's talking about his company and career in business, "J'ai travaillé comme un nègre" something people of his age uses to describe how hard they worked endlessly to succeed and referring directly to slavery times ie "I worked like a slave"(meaning "I was enslaved to the company I created to insure its success" that's what I understood? I see nothing there negative? Slavery is history meaning it did happen. Then comes something calling on culture obviously to be used cautiously. Jean-Paul is an educated man with great knowledge, very successfull in business and used to talk to very educated people. Following immediately the previous statement, "Je ne sais pas si ....." the interogation form of the statement referring to "why is it that we have in the language this expression" (not very much used nowdays, a generation thing with probably a better memory of what was slavery times) "...when it seems that there is such a widespread sentiment that people of that community doesn't want or doesn't like to work? Very contradictory to have both ie the first part of the statement (object of the controversy) and the sentiment in society the second part of the statement interogates, I understood he underligned. That's why I believe, I wish, there was somekind of show this people that obviously don't speak the same language could sit together and have a conversation about culture, what's inside the words depending on who uses the words?

Homework : For tomorrow

After a very severe recession, your forecasts tells you to expect a sluggish growth of GDP in which most components can hardly be more stressed, should you take advantage at this time of the cycle to balance your budgets with drastic measures knowing the risk on growth of a restrictive fiscal policy is reduced compared to the risk of servicing a growing debt when the expected GDP cannot guarantee the growing service to be neutral?
I'm sure you'll be alright, your height has little to do with your incredible ability to make the grand journal such a can't miss thing....

Culture : Must Read? Why should I?

This is precisely the talking point....(How is Bill doing? Just wondering, I bet, he's all over the elections having a great time as he loves it, and Dennis? I guess he's fine too... security still stepping up every time he's in town...., you know that's the magic of NYC, most people coming for the General Assembly at the UN think, tend to think that the generous police and security deployment around the buiding is to protect them considering themselves worth the taxpayer's money when well to be absolutly honest... in fact, the spending is to protect the Good People of New York City from some World Leaders we are so sure about their good intentions to the City's People, I mean, as long you didn't know it, you felt rather pretty good about these countless security officers, you even felt honored to be under such a high level of protection, now that for denying the Bill of Rights in your countries, you understand that we have to offer a special level of protection to the Good People of New York City, how do you like it? ... Just kidding, just kidding) Must Read is not so much about you should or you have to cause if you don't .... you'll have to pay the price (no, not pay the price with your credit card when well it depends sometime.... pay the price we'll do that one later...) in that specific case, Must Read is more like, I like you to read it cause I'm not so sure about your Press will echo what's in it without adding some comments you don't need and I like you to read it cause I expect you reading it is a game changer.... when some people keep calling their constituancies.... No on my way, I stopped for a cup waitin for the train and saw that but hadn't much time so just caught a few images of the story.
That won't be about culture, well may be it is, didn't imagine it french thou..., I saw tonight something I mean I was kind of schocked... I won't say it's a thing every french retiree is forced into but that guy is homeless in the Mauritian desert living on dehydrated food and drinking dirty water... he's got a letter they showed from the french official state thing inviting him not to stay within the area he hangs around in the desert as it may be dangerous, some al qaida guys hunting for ransom not being too far...
It's kind of weird really I mean, retiree and homeless is a drama but in the Mauritanian desert on top of everything I mean... they do strange things, be better off with a 401K in the villages... playing golf or riding an harley up and down the Keys?
While there isn't a formal legal definition that can be opposed to any of their policies, you say what? you say it's so much a culture inspired principle ruling the relations the legislative branch has with the citizens built over decades and decades that no way such a state of mind can be understood ? Culture, culture, culture;;??
I take the critic, alright, I guess it was stupid to mention the "breach of the People's trust", are you sure they can't have the slightest idea of what it means?
My joke had no succcess at all.... :-( :-)) . Will try to have someone to reread the stuff but... As nobody writes humor for me to laugh at, I may as well do that for myself, you know... I mean...hey, nothing wrong with that.
Have I missed something, you posted Sally's?

Beware the understanding

I have found myself with some difficulties to be understood, when I said benefits watching the reactions I think profits was understood, now saying profits looks like it was more like something close to outrageous unjustified gains morally wrong?
Like what? Selling illegal toxic products, ?
No, this 'd be utterly wrong and utterly wrong can't be translated I found... As a matter of fact, something more or less acceptable, I mean utterly wrong doing, depending on your circumtances so nothing is really utterly wrong excluding of course the above I mean some outrageous unjustified gains....?
Like what?
Hum... Banker's bonuses and high profile traders wages... you know this is the miracle of languages, I mean if I had to teach the utterly wrong understanding aimed at a translation I mean in french, I guess I'd describe it as something you can't have, never tried to get, you looked at often and be ready to kill mom and pa to feel the reward to be looked at for having? Got the idea? I can't come with a better definition of utterly wrong right now.

Republicans Pledge to Probe Home Loans for the Poor

dimanche 17 octobre 2010

I tried, but... raising funds is always the most contentious issue as.... YOU can be assured of troubles, don't expect it to be smooth... as you watch how (just saw that) prisoners are voluntarily held as far as possible from their homeland (Euskadi, on hunger strike since? don't know. How many? don't know - a cable) as frequently as possible to make it difficult for their family and lawyers to visit as well as forcing them into languages and cultures they ignore, part of "how to qualify" it treatment to break their soul, you can expect the tax body as well as all welfare bodies and other organisations centraly (paris) funded to raid any company or business found "guilty" of funding any attempt to promote what they're and have been trying to destroy?
And at opposing the "majority" to european bodies and allow the minorities to think their interests are ignored and irrelevant, they're very smart.... and a bit sad for several reasons no voice at all within the medias to call for some more reasonable debate. At that game, once more the paris central gov has proved to be able to manipulate european bodies, they got (Mrs Redding) the outburst they were looking for.... Looking back at 1994 (I'm off for a cup of coffee) In fact, was back, the connection is poor...! Yop, she's cute isn't she...? Well, was telling you... ie... sorry was 1992 while the central gov sign with EU counterparts the Protection Act for minorities languages, after a scare campaign with the active participation of the "national front" pass the legislation of state monolinguism... using the "french" attraction for something "secure" in the midst of social confrontation with fresh immigrants over a poor economy and a lack of jobs lasting for decades.... this describe best their type of game setting.... Is that clear? They're bloody good at that aren't they? This is a very inappropriate and machist remark..? yes it is.
Time for some formal sanctions?
That's how I look at the first actions for the future lobbies. Through the very clear 1992 time table of events, build up the case for the impossible task for anyone without time and/or a "foreign education" to truly exercise the United Nations International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights according to the spirit of the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
Now how naive is it to think the french leadership shameful conduct of public affairs is largely ignored among the EU countries...?, and the breach of the People's trust somewhat acceptable?
And right there you get some understanding for the "french blocades" or why the reforms management always leads to a confrontation both sides of the political spectrum (excluding the workers organisations that shouldn't find themselves in the middle of a fiscal policy war) taking advantage of a divide ignoring the true people's interests, politics guiding their actions rather than the people's comfort, the understanding of challenges and the active citizens investment in the management of their interests.

Currencies: Race to Devalue Is 'Fatal'

RYANAIR leaves the Marseille french airport over a bitter dispute :
Today with the slogan "Ryanair is gone - Good news for the taxpayers and the french workers", a pilot organisation, UFPL, issued a statement to make they're happy to see the company leave the "french soil".
I stepped up for STAN, did you?

jeudi 14 octobre 2010

I just wonder what Mahmoud may be expecting should a power ten times more numerous than Iran is had decided to bully his country, promise its destruction for the purpeous of stealing its oil reserves and eradicate the people….?

Would he wish the ugly democratic west to stand, protest and may be act to protect the Iranian People?

Pretty strange altogether to take pride in showing force and muscles to confront one of the smallest community in the world. I don’t even get how you can get appreciated for doing so.

France :…? ? ? On strike. An amasing world.

Most of those on strike and demonstrating are less protesting the “legal age “ to retire than they’re protesting their working conditions. They can’t see themselves doing what they do and how they do it for two more years they initially imagined the hell would stop…. I don’t know if the gov is unpurposely entertaining the confusion?

Does it tell you something about how poor the management, the career management are?

Worse, making me sad… to be forced to watch that, I haven’t heard, not even once, wether it is from politicians or employers union how the proposed change of age to retire will be implemented regarding the career management changes and the plans employers unions have to make the change as smooth as possible?

Appalling!

Basel Agreement May Stifle Global Trade, Wal-Mart Supplier Says

Frankly Basel can’t do worse than some excess in currency reserves, can’t in just a few words flush the argument that trade finance is wrongly associated with financial derivatives but without doubts an excess of stress in world trade only caused by a limited availability of trade finance show a structural problem of how the exporters companies finance their activities, are probably undercapitalised leading to their inability to use more conventionnal bank financing and lack an access to a mature commercial paper market, I can easily imagine possible in emerging countries?

Strange today, "Les Echos"(an economic newspaper..).. RYANAIR defies the french Judicature"
There is absolutly no defiant attitude towards anything french on RYANAIR side, it's to say the least a very strange and free interpretation of RYANAIR' decision to close its Marseille's unit, a decision the company takes following the consequences of a confrontation between a french decree and its european alike that goes far beyond RYANAIR altough it does represent a cost the company's model cannot support.

To be absolutly honest, at the same it's not possible to have an informed public support without the Press, the Press sometime getting from lobbies a sided explanation of events it confronts with the other side, a job the Press does even thou sometime I do complain my side doesn't get enough....

The Board believes that the new Basel III arrangements will see regulators raise requirements relating to minimum capital ratio levels and they may accelerate the transition timetable. To accommodate such increases, the Group may have to constrain RWA growth, sacrificing these growth opportunities, unless new capital is raised.
You rate the eventual acceleration at?
I support strongly the eventuality... but.

Ready, Steady, Fire - Done. Next asap.
New Jersey was the first state 1776.
Corsica 1755, the french 1944 it seems.
Much sooner I'll look. That's always the same kind of arguments, Small Nations are about machism, and this and that... always... and then it will be racism.... the same tune over and over... I just forget about it...
I'm sure I tell you.
Ladies had the right to vote in Corsica much sooner the french did....
Well, the funding part is always the most difficult to get an approval for and often sparkles some controversy, you know. What I did , I mean the page you have, I listed the most common source of funding for very important reasons, transparency that have legal consequences and bindings but even more important, you want all your potential contacts to feel confortable about who they are dealing with, you know, and that's key wether it's about politics or promote economic interests that are at the heart of the future nation.
I have to go for now. Post and asaic i'll post back.
Check the last pages, I've tried to budget the costs based on the four lobbies sharing the offices, phone, web administration and communication with the offices organised that everyone can run its own priorities confidentially.
They're specialised in that type of legal matters as there is a strong legislation ruling the lobbies that must be declared.
If you guys agree, we'll send it to the lawyers as you know the wording legal and stuff.
I guess she meant 50. I'm about to fail ;-)) Read what I sent?
Almost give me another half an hour and you'll get it.
It doesn't matter as lobby is not just legal, it's a peaceful mean to succeed and has proved to be a very good school for the Small Nations youth to not just get informed through internship along with their studies but an extraordinary way to acquire a strong experience at top level they can later use in the private sector if they wished to and even better if... never know when, exercising responsabilities in the first government.
I don't know if they have done all the legal stuff yet I mean Breizh. But Euskadi special interest lobby is up and running. And lobby against french companies is fair game as long as no negociation is taking place with responsible people.
It is possible. I mean it's legal.

Still... I'm not buying and I will tell you why. Sure he's no Robin Hood, he made poor choices and he should have known better... of course if it was to turn hugly which is what happened he was going to be on his own and getting the bill. Fine, he's paying for his mistakes but it's how the bitches are getting away with it and using his mistakes to serve their own purposes that are just over the top.

If the all thing had taken place on a very short period of time... I'd say fine, he has been quicker than the checks but it would never have reached that amount then... The all thing has been going on for months, so... guess what... don't give me that fuBIPBIP shBIPBIP you FuBIPBIP BasBIPBIP that there was no alerts on the way, don't tell me there was no accounting discrepancies, you fuBIPBIP, don't tell me his volume didn't attract some attention when his trading limits were pushed repeatedly, don't tell me no questions were turned down on the way and I'm going to tell why, you pusBIPBIP turned a blind eye to all of that because it was making you bigger than you are, you turned a blind eye to every single warning sign of something going wrong as it may have interupted the party and didn't suit your ambitions of getting bigger and by the way improve your benefits. You had one you could have tens! Everyone, all the way to the top in charge of a retail bank was playing the big hedge fund guy with the money that wasn't yours! Don't give the story of the small guy that wanted to be someone and cheated almost taking down the bank when you asBIPBIP in charge of his management all the way to the top were driving the bank just like a hedge fund, you fuBIPBIP were responsible of turning a blind eye to serve your own purposes when you were in charge of banking for the Public. Who do you think you are... just him... you baBIPBIP playing with money that wasn't yours and doing something else than your retail banks jobs and blaming someone else for your mess and mistakes, the unregulated firms that play with their money. You don't like Kerviel, too bad, you're just him.
Don't just don't give me that kind of crap, you would have turned a blind eye to almost anything for as long as the tune was playing, having a drink after another.

Hope they enjoy that bit. Need a link for the RSI I can't find, any idea? Are you done?

Hey, it's just an opinion you know, I mean, speaking of ethics to people that never lived anywhere with a strong ethical environment, frankly it took too long probably but I reached the idea there isn't much one can do.... I'll give you just an example, speaking about Corsicans or Euskadians saying, we should have the right to celebrate our heritage, our language and culture and have a public space to pursue a future for us, nobody will ever take care of us better than we would do it for ourselves, it isn't a crazy statement and rather true when you look at some situation of people that have trusted the french gov..., very common is "It's just a minority.... asking....." What comes to my mind isn't, how many are they asking for rights, it's, is the claim of any legitimacy because if it is then how many are courageous enough, wealthy enough, litterate enough or else enough to stand up for these rights majority or minority, is irrelevant.... I just need to know if it is right or not. I got that from , well you know... and it doesn't run here, it doesn't, it's just not in the DNA... I guess I was very fortunate, I don't know, I met the finest Americans I guess, you know.... Listening to Dennis, he says that world is gone... Gov Palin says that world may have had some days off but is still around the corner and is why she got so much involved with the Tea party, and the First lady didn't say something very different that long ago so I tend to think it's in the genetics... just kidding.
Don't know, it's a big fish....
It is just very unethical and therefore I guess not a surprise to watch that. Nevertheless, I mean you know what I mean when I say a stateperson, you'd never heard any of that from Mrs Clinton.... You tend to expect some kind of let's say, an ideology free wording stating facts and surely not any distortion and worse use of terrible facts of WW2..?
Graphs ready? What about the wire, Id like to shoot in the next few days.
Just curious you know... you'd never have that kind of wording on US broadcasts... It is the kind of subject that require to be truly pro, you know, it is just unacceptable to point at people using knowlingly a wording to serve a political agenda or ideology. It is against every ethic of the profession?
When I say that, do you relate to that or this is just alien to you?
My bet is we can screw some of that company's contracts. I'd recommend we push a competitor rather than target it directly depending which county you're after.
I don't buy it. You do?
I just wonder, the guy isn't a dummy I mean Sarky and no more are the guys around so the choice of words? You'd rate the chances it's a communication mistake at?
Kitco?
Weekly? It wasn't?
Newsweek, a little help to Sarky down the polls on his national stage or a lack of understanding for the most recent presidential and french gov wording of their policies towards illegal immigrants?
I have to admit I have asked myself why the french president and his gov started the use of "Roms" to talk about the illegal status of several, in the hundreds or thousands, illegal settlements? I was even more surprised the Press (continental) did the same and stunned at Mrs Redding outburst...I can't help to ask why?
For any gov or state person, the fact that several individuals in an illegal situation belong to a minority in their home country is absolutely irrelevant, should be? The french gov has only to know of the citizenship, Romanian, Bulgarian or else and is right to return citizens of any country unable to support themselves, asking their governments to please cater for their citizens, offer them jobs and as much as possible decent opportunities to serve their pursue of happiness?
I just read some comments just as outrageaous about a Supreme Court judge spouse, what is it about?

ME : YES YOU WILL
Stephen : NO I won't do anything some alien form is telling me to do through a computer
ME : YES YOU WILL
Stephen : I'm an American and I'm not going to do anything a computer suggest....
ME: (relief...) See Stephen, you're a Patriot! Will you join the Tea Party? Not yet but you will
Stephen : AAAHHHRRRRRR!!!!!
I'm told you're down. Come on, it's a trade. They're scared their head off of the appeal and they want a deal now. The judgment had to be a joke to offset the coming lawsuits from the shareholders.;;; got it? They're hanged high'n'short. It's a trade, push it, you can ask for anything if you decide to give up, they'll pay..... job money, anything....
Everybody knows with the data referential integrityof computerised accounting you coudn't hide volume.... it's still possible to be cheating and counterpass fictious transactions to reduce the apparent risk exposure but can't overwrite any;;; Let's say that with the daily overall trader's desk numbers it was impossible not to see the volume.... and therefore inquire to find out...
Byte their balls and keep it tight.
DB called more than 10 times... so guess what how many times along some internal auditor, back office have asked questions...? How many times were they turned down...?
Who are we looking for? Some having the power to turn down inquiries from both inside auditors (very silent now), able to make sure no one would follow suit trying to answer DB and eventuelly other requests we never heard of, at least interested in the volume... and might have been in situation to profit should the bet turned out to be big wins?
I guess that sometimes investigation powers for the defense can prove to be very useful?
A special for you...
You know what, you can't compare with Nick's affair. Nick did represent the Bank, he had powers Jerome never had. He was what you use to call years ago " Fondé de Pouvoir" what Jerome was very far from being.... If Nick's bet had turned out differently, he's be not just a very wealthy man, he'd become someone somewhat revered in the City, a "name" on a possible path in the forseeable future for a Sir Nick accepted behind the City's most closed doors. Jerome wasn't going to be a rich man whatsoever, not in the proportion we're talking for Nick's potentials, he wasn't going to be a "name", not even a partner in any SocGen private banking subsidiary.
Why did it come to your mind anyway? I mean to compare? Not that I think you shouldn't or that it is wrong, I just like to know.... understand the french brain.

Today's Can't Miss

Gold Is Not The Next Disaster
Well, Boris is right and they don't just steal bicycles... you know... now about the citizenship and their problem to define how people's catch the daBipbIP thing, I suggest an explanation to rationalise the debate to make it more understandable, what about a viral citizenship? It would suit both sides of the debate, those leaning in favor of the air you breathe on your birthday as well as those more inclined to favor the genetic's transmission somewhat like a flue you may catch breathing or exchanging some corporel fluids you probably shoudn't...be exchanging...? Now how those who caught the thing by breathing pass it on through genetics later is a bit of rocket science and I ain't sure the audience you have is yet qualified enough, I mean their medical knowledge of the genes modifications resulting of the air contamination of the subject caracterising the french syndrom, to hear how the following generation will be affected?
Are some subjects inoculated against it? Yes I'm the living proof.
What is the french syndrom? Are there some rare forms or aggravated forms of the french syndrom? No doubts the extreme form of the disorder can be seen quite frequently, the symptoms more commonly encountered for the subjects deeply affected are the characterisation of the "french" population (ie not a race, an ethny or a culture) with some racial, ethnic or cultural characters....? ?? ??? example : "the french are latins", "the french have a mediteranean character....? ?? ???.
I dared asked and what about some Channel or Atlantic character, something that immediately draw a suspicious look from the subject if affected and rather a large laugh from anyone inoculated against it.
Medical Research : A team engaged in genetics research makes a major breakthrough
Their most recent foundings show that the populations are unequal, yes unequal and sadly the genetics play a role in the self defense against the french syndrom. At this stage it is still unclear which genes are involved but among the french syndrom's inoculated populations, some show major resistance. Isolated Corsica and the western populations of the territories currently under the Paris regime prove to be very resistant to the french syndrom... A Nobel Prize on its way?
Breaking News : The main french medical body in complete turnmoil over the report
After a troubled meeting the french state medical body has reached an agreement and published a statement. The report involved in the genetic's controversy over the role of the Corsican, Euskadi, Breizh, Normand, Alsacian and a few others special gene involved to explain the population's resistance to the french syndrom is described as outrageous, hazardous and not thought through.
The team engaged in the research and author of the report has severely rebuffed the statement accusing the state medical board to be involved in the management of state reeducation programs targeting atlantism.
Don't take it too seriously, you know, I'm only trying to help.

France definitly the twilight zone I think

Jon and Stephen are at odds with the Tea Party but I just wonder what they would be doing if they were here….. not happy with what you got home, listen to that, (again I ‘m writting to you, how weird really…..) Thanks to Michael in New York I know you guys have planned some rally to oppose Glenn, “Restore sanity or Keep the fear alive”, I expected something a bit lighter, you know…. but well, 1st Amend is alive and well so I’m watching all that with some goodwill.

Has Stephen recover from both his testimony in Congress and the news he is a Patriot and could very well allow his pride to florish, joining the Tea Party movement?

How are Neil, Geraldo, Bill the Great, Erika, Anna, Jamie and Wolf? (when you have a minute)

So, the twilight zone…., I mean that’s something…. I heard today the french Secretary of Immigration (and no kidding) and National Identity…. not to mention prior to be Secretary of Sarky’s administration, he used to call him, a neocon Bush inspired with a french passport…. don’t ask me cause I don’t know what it can mean) about the french citizenship…. which happens to be according to the guy something more…than just that?? what? again don’t ask me….not sure about what the daBIPBIP thing is…. anyway debating how the citizenship is acquired and opposing a guy who acquired the thing through his birth place he mentioned his own situation, a french born abroad, something he got through “blood”…. from his mum and dad…..his citizenship. Not that long ago, the president and himself in a ceremony for Immigrants receiving their citizenship emphasized that french was not a race or an ethnie. A very true thing, so true, you just wonder how it could be transmitted through “blood” then I guess? How Eric got his cititzenship?

I mean ???

It is weird, I agree but can't tell you why they say Tea Party is on the right.... I guess that back in europe they don't have, can't have and can't understand the Tea Party movement spirit as it does refer very specifically to what The Americans left behind (ie the world ignoring the natural rights)... First they don't know what it is about, no more than they do understand why some people can claim that when they stayed, they ignore the tyrany just like they ignore the Freedoms....? So they need to refer to a set of values that do not include the state tyrany which is the european normal?
What do you say?
I meant Tea Party intentions are to reclaim the spirit the Founders and the generations of Immigrants seeking a new land had when they tried successfully to create a society with a legal and political system offsetting the tyranies they fled that victimised them.
Now I carefully listen to what PM Wen say and I respectfully disagree. Freedom of speech is in every country and so is the bullying resulting of its use. Sadly for the world, 1st Amend is a US only thing and not just because of the writing but it is now the "normal" in society and for everybody to watch the rich debate US TV Broadcasters offer.
You can't compare... Now here is why. America is a true Republic with a true democratic election process, what's that?
It is when you choose by your vote the level of state intervention in the People's life, bureaucracy and therefore the level of taxation. It doesn't make sense to oppose any left to right stuff in America. That kind of divide has room in tyranies, the illusion of a democratic election process the citizen deprived to choose the level of state tyrany is "offered" to choose between two sometimes more rethorics expressing differently the same level of state intervention.
Yeah... I know but haven't received yet. What is she doing, did she get it?
Quite frankly I haven't pushed it over as they escape pretty fast any conversasion leading to the Small Nations Rights using the first article of their constitution as a weapon they say it is verses the Small Nations in an attempt to dismiss any argument to support these rights. Quite funny is the way they do it, it's supposed to kill you, kinf of... you know, they throw it and it should silence you at least they expect it does.
Sometimes, I go, ... and? So I get that phony look..., you know.... and I say, AND....? I get some mouth noises, awkward really, and I go what was the writing purpose I mean? What was it trying to offset, was it to address and offset any negative play of birth, race, religious and else belonging in the law making process or the judicial system and isn't your interpretation to forbide any claim related to the right to be a Corsican, a Breizh person and celebrate as well as enjoying the language, the culture, the heritage, the land in every aspect of today's life a little bit abusive?
I never got more that this isn't french. I mean...? If you try it let me know what you get so you can improve the record. Have you get a hold of what they teach in this area?
"Corse Francaise" or "Pays Basque Francais" makes just as much sense than "Algerie Francaise" made, he said and I agree. Doesn't explain me why it does cost them so much to pay respect to the Small Nations Culture, Languages, Heritage and Rights? Ever ask one of them?
Hit the terrorists at the wallet will work.
No, it's William. What I like to have is more of the security issue that french company Veolia I think got involved in in London. The Staff involved in (recruited on site? background checks?)and what has be done regarding their access to the sewing system in counties where the company is under contract? Next, how we care about the problem (appropriate publicity of the risk)?
