The French state has been involved in the passed ordering or carrying crimes such as set ablaze restaurants on Corsican beaches after a bad row they had with the local authorities over who was licensed to operate these premises. The French wanted some companies from Paris to be licensed and the locals didn't accept it. It is very difficult to be sure of who is engaged in organised crime since a good example of what's going on is best illustrated through something very common on the island, a Corsican local company wants to expand or create a new activity, they can't find funding, for the same activity, a non corsican company the gov favors will find funding to take the business through the centralized banking system. The ultimate goal being to take over the local economy and make sure economic leaders in Corsica are non Corsicans. The same thing is happening with the Land. So does that kind of banking serving exclusively non corsican interests sparkle violence....? Guess.
