No CBO... and to be honest it is difficult to start a CBO from scratch and a CBO without the Press and people paying attention and ready to pressure big spenders where it hurts with a campaign at their home front door isn't easy where "dont spit in the soup" (understand... haven't u ever benefited from the state generosity in some way so u should shut up) is a second nature.
