Behind the curtains, some common sense still short of the needed reforms to address the core of the EU problem :
  1. "Berlin’s current exposure to Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain and Italy stands at some €704bn, the Munich’s Ifo institute calculates. Under half this sum resides in “firewalls” – the bailout funds assembled to ward off market panic about southern European debt. As a result of the steady flow of bank deposits from these periphery countries to safer banking systems such as Germany’s, the Bundesbank is owed a further €349bn through the European Central Bank’s “Target 2” system, which rectifies eurozone payments imbalances by making loans to affected national central banks. The flow of foreign funds into Germany and lower levels of cross-border lending have seen the overall exposure of Germany’s central bank to eurozone peers leap to €699bn.“A total break-up of the Eurozone would be very costly for Germany,” says Carsten Brzeski, an economist at ING in Brussels, one of the few institutions to try to quantify what a euro-area break up would actually cost its 17 member states."

Deutsche Bank had a total of €29.1 billion in exposure to Spain at the end of March, including €6.4 billion in exposure to financial institutions such as loans to banks.

May be not but these policies in which the french state is engaged have just killed a 13 years old. The french state because it took the Land, the language, the culture, by doing so, destroyed the social networks and opportunities for the Breizh nation to organise itself and more specifically the security of the nation's kids, it owed an absolute protection to the Breizh's kids. The french state failed and the policies to expose them to unsecured environment connected to the policies and set of measures aimed at baring them from living their culture and speaking their language have now shown the full extent of their dangerous character and have killed.
It stops to be just about rights for  a language, a culture, it is also about life and death. And u know what has schocked me the most. It seems that nobody involved in these ugly policies directly involved in the death of that kid has had the guts to apologise to the family. Worse, it looks that may wait for another death of a kid before reining into these utterly wrong policies of exposing the small nations nations kids.

If you take passions out of the equation what should do any politician and opinion leader. What u have is a political system that at some point in history adopted legislations abusing these populations and among the greatest example in europe of the misuse of power. What I haven't been unable to understand until now is why while most don't deny that it is and was wrong to bare people to learn their language, wrong to bare them from celebrating their culture, wrong to intervene in their economy to build "national champions" reducing the available employment and wealth locally, wrong to impose on them foreign legal standards to their common laws and wrong to not honor their heritage given the consequences on individuals and social networks, the reversal long overdue of these policies of an ugly passed always lights passions, a show of disproportionate intolerance and the greatest lack of understanding.

These policies of abuse were enforced with a lot of violence but everybody could agree they were policies of the passed and nothing can be done to change that but it is possible today starting with the EU Charter for Regional and Minority languages to enter, for the french state and the french population, a new era of relations with these nation's descent ending the policies that lead to so much silent disarray among these nations.

Don't archive this part(To be honest I find them very little excuse to pursue these policies and resist what so many other european countries have decided to fix and find very disturbing today's will to ban the debate on the wrong done to these nations).
The race to frenchness is insane but it doesn't explain how strong the intolerance towards the small nation's rights is.
No not yet, m still working on it. But to find the right wording I need to understand what r their deep motivations explaining their reactions and the policies they have adopted. It is difficult to word. U know when you have the feeling there was, is something wrong but you don't what it is or if you know sometime it is puzzled.
Was watching Geraldo on Bill's speaking of the  Fast and Furious case. What r u up to?

Francois!
Lots of Germans see the most recent Greek gov with more than 30 ministerial cabinets as an outrageous ferrari....
I read it but it shouldn't be a surprise she toughens her stance on debt sharing first because the underlying assertion is, any technical approach to lower the refinancing costs results in delaying the needed policies to end the structural problems that lead to the situation of rising costs, in other words a plaster on a wooden leg to make it look good can only seduce from 1am to 4am... Lots of Germans are right now in the same mood than the guy whose neighbor driving a ferrari has asked for some can food because of the crisis and later learned that the neighbor sold the cans to buy some gaz for the car promising himself next time he'll make sure the neighbor starve a bit before giving him more cans just to make sure he won't buy gaz with it. And third I think she has understood she got wide support for her policies in europe since after Greece, many want Germany to hold tight to make sure their own gov are under control and don't do the same crazy stuff Greek politicians did ruining their country leaving the bill to the avreage Greek to foot.

Think it does when u r on a previous post on the time line and  m trying to push a new post. Leave the corrections for when i m gone.
Told you not to. Every time u do that I m thrown out.
Art is awaiting THE bomb.
It is worth trying.
Yeah.. or if we r not first in line to start the race.
Ok. Let me know when u start pushing their cds.
Stop it because then I can't keep myself logged in
That's what she said... they r gross, they smell bad and don't wash their teeth....:-))
So what. I know that then...
:-)) the fucBIPBIP are known for their cowardness...
Thinking of the compensation money?
These are accusations that can't be made just for fun or shouldn't anyway that's what i meant. Nonetheless, when associated (some recent and not so recent policies of the french state in these territories) with the failure to ratify the EU Charter for Regional and Minority Languages and a total lack of protection and promotion of the small nations heritage, language, culture and interests, no doubt these groups or minorities face a lot of headwinds. Now, jumping to the conclusion is always the tough job. But if you top it up with a map of economic interests, clearly there is room for some legitimate claims to pretend the french state is engaged in dirty policies and if associated with state sponsored violence towards the same ethnies, it should be possible to make the case.

It does appear that under the pretense of ignoring ethnic origin for "republican motives", the french state is engaged in policies that remain to be appropriately evaluated but there are signs that don't look good.
No I haven't but just read he's shorting UNA... haven't clearly got why yet.
Don't know. It is just insane but the criminal policies in which the french state is engaged in several territories under its management will come under high scrutinity if more signs of state sponsored violence targets specific ethnies to push them to the exits.
Now don't ask me when, these things take time.

I know but it has changed since, can't be that precise without dates for the french war against languages, cultures and to some extent faith leading to wave of immigrants to the US and Canada. Anyway, what I meant is, his generation had a rough start with probably very low self esteem due the the sense of belonging to a sub culture speaking, in most cases hiding what was considered a sub language, and wide spread poverty. Here is the twist, the greatness of France was going to change that should they deserve it by giving up the fight for rights, language and culture and prove their good will by giving evidence of their sense of belonging to France and being french.
And they will.
But in some cases, their ambitions which were ok and were about success in life lead to mistakes in trying to be what they thought was expected them to be, doing too much by ignorance of the rules voluntarily left in the dark for the purpose of domination. Painful failures, because so much was at stake, a new identity and a distance from the sense of belonging to a sub culture and a sub language, leading to an even greater misunderstanding, the feeling the transformation had not gone far enough pushing to a new step in the quest for the perfect frenchness which should at last open the doors so much desired while in fact not enough or too much were the only available level of frenchness possible.
How can you mislead people you are responsible for and of to that extent is a mistery to me and an even greater mistery any willingness to participate in defining the content of democracy.
That's according to me u know.... doesn't really matter. The frenchness being a creation without a grassroot culture, the race to it can easily slips specially when it is fun for the upper quarter who cautiously withheld the game rules to watch what they call "pecor", rather a funny word, anyway, engaged in the race and making mistakes which will be understood for some reason as hasn't done enough leading step by step to more search of frenchness until it reaches almost a caricature which can have fingers pointed at. Think when it happens they score. A very silly and ugly game, indeed.
whoaaaoouuuuuuuu! sexy blue!
Yes Long Play was  or is I don't know what to say from the Breizh nation.
How do I know? Don't make mistake, they perfectly know that the UK, the US, Germany do not have that kind of problem but the french they want to keep cheating pretending the small nations do not have rights. If tomorrow the House of Commons would vote some terrible legislation pretending that Wales or Scotland do not exist, Welsh and Scott are not, their Culture and language worth nothing and more of that, what would happen? So yes u have in France some people going nut and if u look carefully at Long Play's life he's a pretty good example of that, the guy tried desperately all his life to deserve to be french up to the caricature sometime, let me tell you the "true french" sitting in paris, they have a good laugh at playing with these guys.....

Well, as stealing isn't the motive, that leaves hatred as the motive for the deadly attack.
Well next time. Anyway, what have u found?
Sing louder I can't hear.
If established there are two things that will prove tough to fight. First, the french state made by law school mandatory and is therefore responsible for security and anything that may happen to any kid withinh the school. Second, kids from the small nations that should be under the protection of the EU Charter for Regional and Minority languages (Breizh belongs to the second category) but are not because the french state has failed to ratify it and does not implement the Charter in the best interest of these minorities are entitled to an extra degree of security making sure they cannot be exposed to any potential criminal alien given they are not getting the education fulfilling the Charter requirements, the least the state can do is making sure the kids are in a safe environment for the minority they belong to. Obviously it wasn't the case and so should be prosecuted to the last extent of the law the french state and all the people involved in the deliberate exposure of an innocent kid to these hateful thugs.
Don't think it will change anthing they should be in contact with whoever wins the primary as soon as the race is over.
>Don't know but try things is no crime whatsoever u know, worse case scenario, u get nowhere because of politics or big interests but if there are facts then u have the Press and since the french state has a big mouth in teaching others about fake rights, I'll say there is a decent chance to be heard with facts. If a kid just lost his life because the french state is doing social experiments  and is engaged in irresponsible and reckless policies that lead to disaster, despair and disorder there ill be very little support that kind of stuff. Now u can be sure they will be in the denial of experiments and other hazardous policies.
No, Sen LeMieux just quit the race but if established facts show a trend resulting from the french state policies to to use aliens and more specifically criminals as weapons against the small nations to fight their culture, language and rights through violence and scare tactics on their historical land it can be submitted to get a review.
It is worth trying but u'll need more than one case. Has it been confirmed the victim belongs to the Breizh nation and is identified as a member of a long dated Breizh family? If it is the case, the french state a long time associate of policies deliberately exposing the small nations under french administration to criminal aliens can eventually be incriminated.

jeudi 21 juin 2012

Have emailed Rada and Interfax and waiting. I doubt it, not just like that. U'd be amased really how with the help of the french as the official language they have people's mind under I'd say a helmet, they can't think out of the box. It is ugly and awful really but most don't even know it is...
Markit this morning. Difficult to say because they cheat a little with their numbers for political motives but Markit is a serious house so I'd stick with theirs. On their way to contract 0.6% but I'd say there is still room for more, I thought last month of 0.7 to 0.8%, june may have been a little better but my bet is still at 0.7%.
Did u find another example?

mercredi 20 juin 2012

No, I don't have it yet, may be tomorrow as it is best to get it translated. well, I don't know about that yet as the legislation will speak but frankly I didn't think I live to see the Ukrainian parliament vote a protective status for minorities languages, culture and rights including Yiddish, u know it wasn't a done deal. But after all  the legislation is adopted. Telling me that if Ukraine (Sorry guys I don't mean to be nasty or humiliating)  can adopt a legislation to protect Yiddish, well it is not impossible to see the bloody french do the same to protect, the small nations languages, culture and right of which they have the land under administration and for which they have undoubtedly a special moral duty and responsability towards the descent of these nations to preserve and promote their heritage, their native language, culture and rights.
Downplay the execution of two french cops into a crime a drunken guy committed under the influence doesn't pay off does it?

mardi 19 juin 2012

Ukraine this time around is a lot about football but is also this june 2012 on the road towards EU ‘multilingual’ club

It is high time to give Ukrainian citizens the rights they have been denied writes Interfax in an article related to the legislation adopted on june the 5 th to fulfil the obligations undertaken by Ukraine in signing and ratifying the European Languages Charter, and to ensure that minority groups – not only those who speak Russian, but those who speak 12 other languages – have their language, culture and rights protected.
Ukraine often poorly considered for its work on minorities rights takes a giant step forward.
Interfax article here - legislation to follow
Don't know yet. I haven't been given the opportunity to listen to the exact words the PM used, so.... What I can tell you is, a very natural right (using natural as a direct reference to the rights of the same name - TP) for the UK to be the entrepreneur spirit haven praising the fairness character of the British people in competition.

lundi 18 juin 2012

I know.... well, u can't I guess ask for that because of culture, held prisonner of the most aukward thing u can think of an "official language" not being ur native language, "official culture" and "official elected officials" it is and it has been for generations a rape of their dignity. It is so deep today that, up to the press hiding the content of the EU Charter for Regional and Minorities languages rights, avoiding public debate over the great new rights it is promoting, isn't sure of the consequences it could  on have careers. The people so use to the abuse of the government doesn't even dare dreaming it may be enforced and that gives a very precious information over the nature of the policies of the passed and may be not so much of the passed....
Just kidding u..... ;-)) Federalist 63
It hasn't changed that much u know, "What bitter anguish would not the people of Athens have often escaped, if their government had contained so provident a safeguard against the tiranny of their own passions?"
Had the people of Athens questionned their government on spending.....?
Got it because u r getting on my nerves with that. If Congress was running an investigation into french politics, the result could be the harshest sanctions ever adopted.
Here we go "The prescriptions in favor of liberty, ought to be levelled against that quarter where the greatest danger lies, namely, that which posseses the highest prerogative of power : But this is not found in either the executive or legislative departments of government, but in the body of the people, operating by the majority against the minority".
This is culture but foreign to their thinking, abuse isn't abuse according to their standards and it has to do with the lack of consideration for the pain they inflict, something acceptable should it satisfy their darkest ideals of imposing "francisation" showing too often some profitable character when it comes in particular to the spoliation of land from the small nations under french administration.
Their relationship with Liberty is dubious...
I disagree with that. Read again what JM says about it, but early, the french have always had a poor opinion of citizenry. Nowdays is probably worse as listen to politicians but they have been in the abyss of no morals for so long that should they see light they would run thinking it may be the devil.

dimanche 17 juin 2012

There is a lot of contracts on that side already, 'd say u r late.... 'd wait.
Thursday is next corner. What do u have ?
NO mistakes.... I knew u were gonna say that.... u don't have one... it remains to be seen, watcha. But that doesn't tell me how he managed to do that in most circumstances no more than it gives me a recipe to, if the advancement and diffusion of knowledge is the only guardian of true liberty, advance the cause for understanding that the regional and minorities languages knowledge should not be just considered an essential right which it is but more importantly is embedded in true liberty.
I came with the idea he turned his evil side into an informant feeding how he elaborates solutions.
What's urs? I haven't been proved otherwise, never I read a more intriguing, interesting, free and rich debate over the heart of democracy, what it is about, how it works and what will be the forces at work in the system than the debate around the Bill of Rights itself and should it be included or not in the Constitution. Endless stuff to learn. Read it a hundred times and 101 u think of something u didn't see before. Among the most intriguing, I most like to find out is why and what lead James Madison to reach the conclusion that "....Wherever the real power in a Governmant lies, there is the danger of oppression. In our Governments the real power lies in the majority of the community, and the invasion of private rights is cheifly to be apprehended, not from acts of government contrary to the sense of its constituents, but from acts in which the government is the mere instrument of the major number of the constituents..... ..... Wherever there is an interest and power to do wrong, wrong will generally be done, and not less readily by a powerful & interested party than a powerful and interested prince......"
Of course there is experience but later he says, ...."....in the security in the former agst. oppression of more than the smaller part of society, whereas in the former it may be extended in a manner to the whole........ Where the power, as with us, is in the many not in the few, the danger can not be very great that the few will be thus favored. It is much more to be dreaded that the few will be unnecessarily sacrificed to the many......"
And I reach the conclusion that these very same arguments would definitly apply strongly in favor of an unlimited support to a french ratification of the European Charter for Regional and Minorities languages but it doesn't tell me why and how his vision was so balanced.

samedi 16 juin 2012

M asking cause I don't have my Bernstein.
No 30 max. Greece outcome, my budget is tight.
no was to what u posted. James Madison.
Ok. Well, can't replace Thomas Jefferson in education. Anyway had something for u, it is about the Bill of Rights, "...independant tribunals of justice will consider themselves in a pecular manner the guardians of those rights; they will be an impenetrable bulwark against every assumption of power in the legislative or executive; they will be naturally led to resist every encroachment upon rights expressly stipulated for in the constitution by the declaration of rights.  Beside this security, there is a great probability that such a declaration in the Federal System would be inforced; because the state legislatures will jeaslously and closely watch the operations of this government, and be able to resist with more effect every assumption of power any other power on earth can do; and the greatest opponents to a federal government admit the state legislatures to be sure guardians of the people's liberty. ..." Can u think of an example the principle failed?
Alright. But if u come on my side, who's the book?
U got to be kidding me... with all the nice things she had to say about Marine... if it doesn't convince voters on that side, frankly, I don't know, she did her best. Etienne will hate us. ;-)). He's responsible, he didn't offer a fair share of the trade, did he, I mean, right?
ok which side u take?
That leaves 30. Greece outcome?
Hey, I mean  she needs every single national front voter to move on sunday and vote for her to save her ass... man., that's was her only way in and frankly with the free ad national audience he offered, he had to have a deal. Come on.
No 20 he made10 grand at least. That's my offer; She paid or someone else did not part of the bet ok
Why?
50 I 'm ok for 50. On which side r u? I got one as well. 20 Etienne made at least 10 grand he got from her. U Take it?

jeudi 14 juin 2012

Not to me. But I can be wrong... Right now the most obvious risk to me is to see the German consumer as well as Business confidence indexes driven down by the debtors agitation and if it does, we'll have a problem. Keeping in mind the last european running engine in the economy is Germany I mean among the largest economies, if for any reason it slows significantly or if the German consumer confidence index is driven down and it won't take much given how are considered the debtors, it will immediately translate into dreadful PIEEs numbers that could easily contaminate interest rates. If it does, there shouldn't be any mistake, if the common currency is seen by the German public as a potential threat for the German public finances health endangering the economy, the macro numbers will quickly translate that and the odds for Germany to leave the euro will significantly rise.

And later, the concert looks like what? Here we go, won't be exactly that but something close I guess. An astonishing cocktail of people enjoying themselves while stating they won't give in, will be free and reunited.
Don't wonder no more. That is how it feels in the stadium.
Will u go? Just in case, be prepared. U don't wanna miss THE SONG that everybody will sing prior to the game.
The girls' soccer team will play the game on June 23 in San Sebastian verses Slovakia at 16:30 pm. One team, one language, one Nation.
I guess u don't want to miss that

lundi 11 juin 2012

Thanks.
Why ... told u that before. French nationalism as I understand it finds its source in the mind confusion gov policies of standardisation lead to. Britishness is a unionism and that is I think fundamental when u want to understand how political extremism has a potential to spread in France.
Not as far as I know. His example is I think quite typical, ask him but he will tell u he's a Scott nationalist and more Scott and nationalist than he is I think is impossible but he will tell u he's also a fervent British unionist as he sees it as the most profitable situation for Scotland which is what he stands for in the first place.
The French don't understand that..... ie under the pretense of "republican principles" Corsicans or anybody else aren't Corsicans but mankind so the next step is it is alright to pretend the Corsicans do not have rights to organise themselves as a Nation and act to protect their interests and homeland.
Policies of standardisation lead to confusion through education and deprived of their culture, language and history, it is my idea of it, ready people at times of harship to pay attention to extreme discourse, a lot more than what u can see with Unionism of Nations.
R u done for tomorrow?
That was a joke.... it is a french view :-)). There is no British nationalism no more than u have a US nationalism.
Well, it is difficult but by small and large what are the policies that have lead Greece into the situtation it is today and what are the categories of the population paying the highest tribute to the financial debacle?
That's why unfunded or debt funded generous welfare policies are only designed to allow short term political elections victories leaving the beneficiaries to foot the bill the day it turns sour.
I m ready to hear otherwise but these are facts.
Was in the after hours, u do what?

jeudi 7 juin 2012

If u have time, below some to read
http://www.cnbc.com/id/47722809
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-06-07/group-of-senators-work-to-avoid-year-end-fiscal-cliff.html
I can't stop to think it is strange to read some days that tons of cash are on the sidelines and the following days everybody wants more printing. Pmi's are down, let's sell and see if some QE is on the horizon, we'll buy, regardless of the companies while the tons of cash stay on the sidelines.... I guess. At some point, the recovery most want to see can't happen if nobody wants it. Central banks have done their job, acommodative monetary policy has insured liquidy and continue to do so, interbank lending freeze was succesfully fought, a steep depression was avoided but it is now the time for markets and investors themselves to decide what active role they want to play in the recovery because if they don't want any there won't be any recovery. And now is the time as well for leading political figures to deliver the fiscal framework investors, markets and consumers can feel comfortable with and through which they can foresee a future they are able to influence by their actions today and in the future. The sustainable recovery regardless of the immediate harship people are experiencing will come to life as soon as a sustainable fiscal path is delivered in which people understand their role and the timeline while investors do investing and stop running to the shelters everytime the economy suffer some headwinds asking the central bank to print.

mercredi 6 juin 2012

Expection of a new round of QE are too high right now so I'll be un the caution side for now. What's ur take? After last week Mario's revolt, we may see Ben's this week, a central banker mutinery.... at the lack of action of politicians. Lookin at his previous words, warnings at the unsustainable fiscal path, very little action has followed from Congress, so, I woudn't be that surprised if the Fed was making it more crystal clear, printing was meant to fight deflation but can't be a substitute for the lack of action in Congress to restore a sustainable fiscal path which itself has the power to offset any effort from the Fed to help the economy. It is only the combination of both that give the expected sustainable recovery. Mario made it clear to the EU parliament, who's next to hear the unavoidable truth.
