If established there are two things that will prove tough to fight. First, the french state made by law school mandatory and is therefore responsible for security and anything that may happen to any kid withinh the school. Second, kids from the small nations that should be under the protection of the EU Charter for Regional and Minority languages (Breizh belongs to the second category) but are not because the french state has failed to ratify it and does not implement the Charter in the best interest of these minorities are entitled to an extra degree of security making sure they cannot be exposed to any potential criminal alien given they are not getting the education fulfilling the Charter requirements, the least the state can do is making sure the kids are in a safe environment for the minority they belong to. Obviously it wasn't the case and so should be prosecuted to the last extent of the law the french state and all the people involved in the deliberate exposure of an innocent kid to these hateful thugs.
