Well, it is difficult but by small and large what are the policies that have lead Greece into the situtation it is today and what are the categories of the population paying the highest tribute to the financial debacle?
That's why unfunded or debt funded generous welfare policies are only designed to allow short term political elections victories leaving the beneficiaries to foot the bill the day it turns sour.
