May be not but these policies in which the french state is engaged have just killed a 13 years old. The french state because it took the Land, the language, the culture, by doing so, destroyed the social networks and opportunities for the Breizh nation to organise itself and more specifically the security of the nation's kids, it owed an absolute protection to the Breizh's kids. The french state failed and the policies to expose them to unsecured environment connected to the policies and set of measures aimed at baring them from living their culture and speaking their language have now shown the full extent of their dangerous character and have killed.

It stops to be just about rights for  a language, a culture, it is also about life and death. And u know what has schocked me the most. It seems that nobody involved in these ugly policies directly involved in the death of that kid has had the guts to apologise to the family. Worse, it looks that may wait for another death of a kid before reining into these utterly wrong policies of exposing the small nations nations kids.
