I know.... well, u can't I guess ask for that because of culture, held prisonner of the most aukward thing u can think of an "official language" not being ur native language, "official culture" and "official elected officials" it is and it has been for generations a rape of their dignity. It is so deep today that, up to the press hiding the content of the EU Charter for Regional and Minorities languages rights, avoiding public debate over the great new rights it is promoting, isn't sure of the consequences it could  on have careers. The people so use to the abuse of the government doesn't even dare dreaming it may be enforced and that gives a very precious information over the nature of the policies of the passed and may be not so much of the passed....
