Letters have my preference but it is even better when u can hold in your hands the originals and read from the hand writing with sometime side notes...
Generally speaking u mean?
it rocks alright it was signed A Citizen
u wonder right ... I know by heart... u loose
i know I'm a vicious basBIP BIPBI!
Well there are three classes of politicians.... The endeavor of one class is so to caricature the scene as to cast an odium on all Republican Gov? That another class is to infer from the vices and usurpations charged on the French Gov, the proprietary of a blind and unqualified reliance on the infallibility of our own: and on the third, to trace and ascertain the true causes of the abuses in France, as so many rocks to be shunned by an administration that wishes to maintain the character of Republic Gov in general, and the principles of its own in particular. The public will decide which of these classes are best entitled to the name of friends to their country.

Which class do u intend to integrate?
Why... ? I mean who did say that?  What I had to confirm there are things that don't change....
U got to be kidding me....
I haven't because last time I checked which took place last thing night there wasn't anything new on the Assembly website.

Half a loaf but even so, it is challenged.... and that was to be expected and it is I believe among the winning arguments that won to add the Bill Of Rights to the Constitution which wasn't the majority choice to start with. Have a great holiday!
Well once the additional protocol to the European Convention on Human Rights on national minorities is adopted, it will be easier but it won't happen over night.
May 7th 1999. Not an eventuality that should be ignored. There is a strong possibility for the declaration to be illegal.
Still think the ECRML declaration is a good legal entry point since there was no hearing whatsoever or public consultation that has been heard of  and that makes it suspect. Who did write the declaration, who has approved its content and under which legal text was the content defined as well as the legal process used to do so?
a head and shoulders on Dof, that's all I got from event alerts.
Alright. You have it? Just that it is my big day, sorry.
Didn't say it makes it right.
Don't know... "But in order to comprehend this subject fully, and to draw from it all the instructions which it offers, the question must be asked, under what circumstances, and by what means, this Executive omnipotence has been brought about?"
Aren't they after all just doing what the shut people's eyes allows.
Urs?
USDJPY but not for much
It does more matter right now anyway to know which branch under which authority has the ECRML been signed with a declaration severely diminishing the expectations of the beneficiaries. As far as I know, none of them (the minorities) have ever been privately consulted and no public hearing ever took place at the French parliament which did not create any committee in charge of the Minorities interests the Charter's will were to protect.
Not that I know
U have gone nut? :-)) James Madison Courtesy. Why?

So yes it is partially true but translated u r soon to be charged with unleashed populism which is extremely common to rebuff any attempt by the constituencies to exert any control. In French, the Representative principle has been changed in nature to be today a representation of ideologies or preempted sides rather than the People and its constituencies allowing by its baseless nature, the Representation to be much more available and exposed to organised and structured special interests  and passions of the moment than it could ever be under the most unleashed populism.
That said I m still waiting for urs. I may add something as I feel I m still missing a thing.

No it is alright it is just to be as precise as possible but can't think it through right now it is about the trick they do when cornered over an issue and invoke then the Representative principle to elude any accountability ... It will come out somehow, I guess, may be tomorrow.
How is it going?
May be not. What do u mean exactly? As a matter of fact it is a useful recall "The French Republic, like ours, is founded on the principle of representation and responsibility. The members of its legislature are chosen by the people. They become at short periods amenable to their constituents, by the frequent return of elections. And as further security, they are divided into two branches, as checks the one on the other. If it be true, as alleged, that under these circumstances, a tyrannical usurpation has already taken place in that government, is not here an example in point against the doctrine so ardently propagated by many, that in a republic the People ought to consider the whole of their political duty as discharged when they have chosen their representatives; that it is impossible in fact and ought never to be presumed, that men chosen by the people, and having a common interest with the People, can pursue an interest different from that of the People; and consequently that the People ought at all times to place an unlimited confidence in rulers so chosen, applauding the wisdom of public measures where they can see it and assuring themselves that it is equally the foundation of all others, where nothing but folly and mischief may appear on the face of them.

Nothing can be more contradictory than this reasoning, to the alleged usurpations of the French Government, and yet, however curious it may be, many who proclaim these usurpations with most energy, are the same who with no less energy preach an unlimited confidence in representative government as incapable of them.

The inconsistency is not done away by pleading the extraordinary means employed by the French Government in their illegitimate pursuits, such as the expulsion and banishment of part of their own body, controuling the elections of successors, &c. &c. The observation always recurs, that such means were in fact employed, in such pursuits, by elective and responsible agents; and consequently that such agents are not incapable of violating the trust committed to them.

It must not be permitted however, either to the friend of liberty in despair, or to its enemy in disguise, to turn this inference against the merit and competency of the Representative principle. The true lesson it teaches is, that in no case ought the eyes of the People to be shut on the conduct of those entrusted with power; not their tongues tied from a just wholesome censure on it, any more than from merited commendations. If neither gratitude for the honor of the trust, nor responsibility for the use of it , be sufficient to curb the unruly passions of public functionaries, add new bits to the bridle rather than to take it off altogether. This is the precept of common sense illustrated and enforced by experience - uncontrolled power ever has been, and ever will be administered by the passions more than by reason.

Why is it that the usual europhils favoring an unleashed border openness ever promoting the freewill to establish wherever regardless of citizenship of origin and Schengen bigots usually so generous to taunt the ugly selfishness of the little people protesting at the consequences on their communities can turn into violent nationalists so prompt to point fingers at and insult anyone willing to discover the irresistible attraction of the great freedom to establish where feeling the most comfortable within the new borders Schengen has drawn?
What's in the news? Leave it  m going to watch some tv now.
Nothing else except eventually to document these nation's descent the French gov refuses to provide support  for and forces them to live under the poverty line as a punishment for their ethnic belonging or culture claims. He added it will be the last kick. But the priority remains the timeline documentation.
On one hand we have the natural course of the consequences of eventually difficult economic choices or policies among which undesirable effects on local remote economies such as Corsica, Euskadi or others, were unwanted and as these policies were implemented it appears clearly that to counter the negative effects undermining the coherence and sustainability of the Cultures and People relying on these economies, the Gov has launched programs and actions aimed at reducing the negatives as much as it was possible. On the other hand we have a coherence of both sets of policies economic and cultural whose goals were to undermine both these local remote economies and the cultures they sustained with the inevitable consequences on the People and their descent.
This is what should be the focus and if the mechanisms at work are now understood it leaves to document the timeline.
So it was the conclusion.
"In the mean time, however, it may be useful to reflect on the nature of some of the allegations and reproaches under which a country has fallen, that of late was so interesting to us by ties of friendship, and that is still so by relation of her revolution to ours, and by her form of government; as well as by the nature of her markets, by her power, and by her political views, whether amicable or otherwise towards this country. These allegations, if well founded, afford lessons too instructive to be unheeded; and even if unfounded, present an occasion for reflections well adapted to the present posture of our affairs. Our attention will be limited to two articles much dwelt on in the charge against the French Republic.
The first is, that the government has entirely  separated itself from the People, and erected itself into a Tyranny, actuated by its own ambitious views, in opposition to the sentiments and interest of the nation.
..../....
The second charge against the French Republic is, that the Directory has gained an omnipotent ascendancy over the Legislature, and makes use of its authority to sanction and disguise all the projects of its own ambition and rapacity.
..../...."

Thought u may love that. Generally speaking the time goes by but there are things that don't change, do they?
What was said, testify before Congress before going down the Courtroom aisle is highly preferred since it should be the opportunity to give full and satisfactory information based on the course of facts and events properly authenticated.

jeudi 13 décembre 2012

am watching Brett why?
U get it
I don't know anything u like to say about it? To me, on top of what I already said ... it looks to me like a replay slightly modernized of Peppone (he's the mayor of a village and has an anti clerical bias - today would be a member of moveon.org I guess) and Don Camillo (he's the Roman Catholic priest of the village) fighting to win hearts and minds, Peppone calling his legally binding contract a "marriage" to piss off Don Camillo.... and Don Camillo enraged at the idea Peppone dare celebrating faked "marriages".... :-))))
Come on... The Faroe Islands aren't net oil or LNG exporter and they do not have a lot of natural resources  does it prevent a modern society, healthy and going fine? Do they need some centralized costly bureaucracy to thrive... no. It is a small community and frankly when I last visited I didn't feel any angst of not having the euro or any hurry to join the euro crisis mess and people I talk to were rather surprised with the recklessness and lazy easy going in Brussels when it comes to banking, business and handling of public finances within the eurozone. When told northern europe is rich, they asked if I meant Scandinavia, I said yes and they said well sir, we love what we do, we do it right and we build, we are very proud of our accomplishments, thank you for overstating it and smiled.
I replied, Feel the same have it great!
I love these people anyway I have some hope you may be able to profit of all the legislation they have adopted as a source of inspiration for the autonomy coming at least.
No it doesn't fly. That kind of policy that is undiscriminating can't stand for any positive action or support. The French are on the hook for the Minorities the FCNM targets because if they don't they can always pack. Nobody will complain.
Already transferred...
Good!
:-)) how much
Actually, there is no problem with that kind of policies even if it doesn't look right as long as the map of the local economies targeted don't recover a more ethnic map. How to get from here to there is to look at the French Ministry of Culture policies over the same period to find out if any support had been enacted to compensate the undesirable consequences of the centralized economic policies or if the "culture" policies were also pursuing the same goals during that same period.

If both set of policies were enacted to pursue the decline of the Cultures and Economies the FCNM wish to protect, think there is something there that can be profitable there in the prosecution. Am I understandable ?
Well it is because it is not documented until now anyway. The fact that the French state has been involved in collecting taxes and refusing access to the banking system for these local economies to grow while funding "centralized" companies sitting in Paris and around partly with the taxes collected in the territories that belongs to the Minorities with one goal which was to ensure local ethnic economies would disappear for the profit of larger entities sitting in the capital and into different hands was aimed at deprived the Minorities the FCNM wish to protect of the economic means to sustain their culture and language.

So, think I'd like u to have a look at it and rewrite it to improve the understanding of these mechanisms and policies that took place over the last three to four decades. (Clearly, the successive reforms of the banking system under various justifications had one common point drive local banks or community banks into situations they had to merge or close, the first step to cut these economies to be able to fund their growth.

And no Germany local banks won't be under ECB supervision.  Go to the FT they had it all this morning.

mercredi 12 décembre 2012

Going to the five now if u need the next paragraph, post a bit later.
It doesn't matter. Those that do feel French, vote and elect officials that can't say they represent the members openly supporting a more affirmed national identity since they have repeatedly failed to support the FCNM. Their opposition to the FCNM as well as the ECRML makes them unable to represent the part of the nation supporting these texts since whether or not they are a minority doesn't matter, their point of view and arguments have the right to a representation under the Strategic Framework on Human Rights and Democracy.
Well, they are funny with that because the back minded idea of let's all be french is to be off the hook for the nation's descent they took the land by force (meaning they can't show a peace treaty or a vote of the People) and get away with the support they owe them regardless of how they feel French or not, they don't have to feel so.
UN rights.... you can stop to be French but can't stop to be Breizh since it is his ancestry meaning no the French can't bare someone from coming in and out Breizh as well as doing there his business since by doing so they would be held accountable.
no they can't.... not for you or anyone that can prove his ancestry belong to a nation the French took the Land by force and it doesn't matter how long ago these events took place or if the ancestry allegedly took part or didn't take part in the French revolution regardless of the account of the motives u leave France for.
Not sure many have seen the entire movie since the release on the internet is set for friday december the 14th. Seen it?
No, I haven't so far but there is a new movie trailer for a mohammad's movie and Belgium has raised its security to level max according to his last post though the guy lives in Spain, know anything?

"But that we may not be mis-led in this case, by that which is the danger every-where, I mean by the doubtfulness of Terms, 'tis fit to observe, that certainty is twofold; Certainty of Truth, and Certainty of Knowledge. Certainty of Truth  is, when words are so put together in Propositions, as exactly to express the agreement or disagreement of the Ideas they stand for, as really it is. Certainty of Knowledge is, to perceive the agreement or disagreement of Ideas, as expressed in any Proposition. This we usually call knowing, or being certain of the Truth of any Proposition."

that's it.

M shocked but well what else.... The French state has been involved in the passed ordering or carrying crimes such as set ablaze restaurants on Corsican beaches after a bad row they had with the local authorities over who was licensed to operate these premises. The French wanted some companies from Paris to be licensed and the locals didn't accept it. It is very difficult to be sure of who is engaged in organised crime since a good example of what's going on is best illustrated through something very common on the island, a Corsican local company wants to expand or create a new activity, they can't find funding, for the same activity, a non corsican company the gov favors will find funding to take the business through the centralized banking system. The ultimate goal being to take over the local economy and make sure economic leaders in Corsica are non Corsicans. The same thing is happening with the Land. So does that kind of banking serving exclusively non corsican interests sparkle violence....? Guess.
I didn't know... never thought the guy was such a hater.... but she is looking for the video, a guy from "terra nova" an extreme french organisation a year ago as I recall it mentioned in a debate that "they" had two left areas to normalise, Euskadi and Corsica. (french was oui nous avons encore 2 poches à reduire.... qui ont encore une identité forte).

vendredi 7 décembre 2012

No kidding

how was ur sardines and rice... tuna and rice was horrible
Well alright. Using radio :-))
Dedicated to it so from the central command so using the internet you can switch it on and off which is cool really.
You can use internet to turn it on and off.
In a normal world, a French official travelling to Corsica or anywhere else would thanked for being welcomed with at least a few words in Corsican and I think if he or she doesn't speak it fluently, people would understand that but just education and politeness should lead to that. That's all I meant really, it just sounds so strange sometimes.
That's mine for the towel warmer
Think it is a mix. That's what I told you last night, they are wounded and classic bad instinct they want everybody else to be as well that's why they can't stand the idea or to see whether it is the Corsicans or Euskadi, or... Breizh enjoy the rights that come with the native status (the EU called it National Minorities - FCNM) celebrate their culture and speak their language.... so from that point of view Valls is no better than Sarky was but, these guys made a choice and didn't grieve properly their loss and to me it explains why they can't stand the native nations celebrating themselves. That's explains their reaction but the French state paved the way, I mean you can go through the entire political spectrum or look back in time, the original Jacobin crime is for everybody to see and watch how it propagates hatred through time and people regardless of their origins making an entire society turned to intolerance and refusal to see native nations just be themselves.
Are you done?

jeudi 6 décembre 2012

No, I haven't. What was Bob up to? Greg been good?
No I m down right now... can't access; That' it I have it do u want it? Stream 1 for what? Stream 1 went down but 3 workin
It is about accept for others what you chose to give up for yourself.... That is what it is about and somehow it ignites extreme views. Wish we could ask Charles.
Unfit for what.... Don't think it does influence their abilities to serve their purpose but yes it leads them to develop extreme views about Natives and their rights.
This is a poor excuse.... It is my opinion that how you look at Native Nations is under the influence of how you judge your relation with your ancestry and deal with your heritage. I believe that people that can't stand Native's rights and heritage are deeply wounded.
No.... No, be honest about it.
Come on.... The guy just like many immigrant or people of immigrant descent hate the native nations. They have a problem dealing with the legitimacy of the native's rights and power of traditions and that explain why they are so proactively engaged in fighting against the ECRML or the FCNM. So is the attempt of foiling the Natives under a racial banner a weapon of choice, yes it is. Of course it is. But it isn't going to get any better, I found out that their motives are deeply rooted in their own personal story most of the time.... keep in mind they too are Natives somewhere and they have to forgive themselves for the betrayal of their own Land, Culture, Language and Nation, deal with the guilt, sometime regrets, hopes, excuses, motives and as u did and I did you had to deal with that. We are not equal and the outcome of that debate will determine how you handle the relations with the Native Nations in general. Tell me it never crossed your mind as an excuse that heading to a new culture and land, once done, u would help members of your nation to escape as well?
Why r u surprised?

mercredi 5 décembre 2012

M finished with the electricity will post u the socket tomorrow.
10 I m done before u do

M not done for under the tray but
Well won't miss the five for another day, u wanna see it why
No CBO... and to be honest it is difficult to start a CBO from scratch and a CBO without the Press and people paying attention and ready to pressure big spenders where it hurts with a campaign at their home front door isn't easy where "dont spit in the soup" (understand... haven't u ever benefited from the state generosity in some way so u should shut up) is a second nature. Can't think of anything close do u ?
Not false at all. France isn't the only country like that in the EU but it is true that an overwhelming majority doesn't pay any attention at how is spent the taxes money and as a result, politicians have run big deficits for years accumulating giant amounts of debt.... and guess what, who will be hit the hardest the day the party runs out of punch and the gov wakes up with a hangover? Everybody will get a hit but clearly those who had the most to loose at the unleashed spending are precisely the very same regularly invoked to justify the spending... Look at who is paying in Greece. It is outrageous.

mardi 4 décembre 2012

I'm done with it. Still left with something to hide underneath the tray but almost. Will post something tomorrow if I can. Yours?
Just kidding
It's incorporated in Luxemburg
Don't think so. Same old story... ESM and EFSF were conceived to assist member states. I guess the framework can be amended.
Why?

There isn't a lot of emotions around I can tell u... :-))) Bank’s blanket exceptions to freedom-of-information rights??? What's freedom of information rights anyway??? What is it good at?? is what prevails.
Strange enough that it has to be a NYC based media that engaged in a fight for transparency, citizen and taxpayer information in europe, the least expected was to see a firm protest at the outcome in all medias clearly bared from being able to accurately inform the citizen. It isn't obvious today, is it?

Any idea why Poland has such a high minimum share dealing cost?
We'll see in the coming days.
Alright... the disaster has already taken place!
But, what's your offer? A take over?
It won't happen... These are Bloomberg's "When did the European Central Bank learn that Greece was concealing the catastrophic extent of its debts? And what did it know about the quality of the collateral the Greek government used to secure loans from the bank?"
The Greek situation should have lead to a broad inquiry, the EU parliament should have subpoenaed the Commission's members and many in the Brussels administration as well as the ECB board members ....
But it didn't happened, and it won't, given the muppet show the EU parliament is right now, its powers and the type of politics going on there. You can't have a worse situation, a small number of individuals making decisions on a budget of more than 150 billions euros of tax money hardly controlled by a weak parliament with very little powers that can't investigate and subpoenaed anybody in the executive branch and administration while state members are shy to give the parliament any more powers. A recipe for a disaster and the ECB exemptions from disclosures is adding to the outrage.

U know what's sad it always ends up the same way,  people that couldn't afford the service ultimately end up paying for entitlements introduced as progress which was to cost only those who could afford it anyway.... Do you think it helps understand why the Founding fathers called the Bill of Rights half a loaf and made sure the rights promised to the People were those the Gov can always afford regardless of its resources?
Why? No don't mind ok
U r not of much help... Kidding
Not yet but Socgen is subpoenaed in a multistate investigation of alleged manipulation of Libor and tonight FT mentions Deutsche makes provision for Libor costs, do you know anything?
The UK's Green Investment Bank has opened today in Edinburgh.  The initiative is part of the Government’s commitment to setting the UK firmly on course towards a green and growing economy, while also delivering long-term sustainable growth. http://www.bis.gov.uk/greeninvestmentbank
It starts with two projects, retrofit the British facilities of Irish construction company Kingspan with material to make them more energy efficient.

  1. Fund a group of six plants that will generate energy from waste in northeast England for 8 million pounds.
  2. 5 million pound investment to retrofit the British facilities of Irish construction company Kingspan with material to make them more energy efficient.
I don't know, don't pay much attention since these are matters u need to be very straightforward and no cheat accepted. FCNM and ECRML take out of the equation 90% of the problem so.... the French aren't crystal clear, u know.... and education thing that can and should have been sorted out long ago; Looking at Catalonia's polls last WE, what education didn't do, I expect voters to soon help the understanding.

Want?
Set an alert with the central bank to be updated
Nope watching Norges Bank Press Conference why?
That's not how I feel about it, it isn't just about some kind of justice while truly it is fair to say that when public sector workers whether in Spain, Greece or the UK are asked sacrifices and cuts EU workers can't continue to have automatic promotion and special tax rebate, it is outrageous, come on.
It is also about policies coherence, a need for credibility. The best most recent example is today, the EU is asking Bankia to cut 6000 jobs (http://www.ft.com/intl/cms/s/0/b5a59122-3951-11e2-afa8-00144feabdc0.html#axzz2DUtGhY7B) and a 50 billion asset sale in return for aid. The EU is not telling Bankia keep spending your head off and we'll pay. The EU is asking for cuts and not a mild reduction in pay but 6000 redundancies, tell me why should things be different for its own budget. It is impossible for people to understand the logic which on one hand allows EU staff to have more than above average wages, automatic promotions and a special tax rate among many other goodies tax funded and on the other hand the very same people asking job cuts for aid?
It can only lead to disorder and  am not saying the demand for cuts at Bankia isn't necessary given the bank situation, just saying that it is bad policy to have it loose for some and tough for others, it encourages irresponsibility and confrontation.
Anyway what make you say a deal won't go through?
tune in it's good fun
What do u know of REDD?
a bet? What r the odds
What a show.... French politics are at its best. Lucky they r it isn't year 1939 with the Germans tanks looming at the border... and m not talking about the two fightin for whatever and want the stetson but those around dancin to find out who to follow trying to guess who'll be the best pick to save their days.

Tune the sat... u miss out
Well, it appears that other member states do not support the proposed cuts but that doesn't say their public opinions don't. Across the board, member states budget deficits have lead to spending cuts and tax increases  in the countries not supporting the cuts and that is a coherence problem. The kind of spending that has been seen at the EU Bureaucracy just can't go on, booming years are over and any automatic promotion, special tax rules and other goodies outrage people all across the member states and excite voters pushing the radical right higher and higher in polls. It was about time that responsible leaders take a major initiative, it is done, addicted spenders must understand the prescription is for their own good.

EU Budget talks collapsed

Well, I can't read all of it at the same time...
But here you go, a coalition formed of Germany, The Nederlands, Finland, Sweden, United Kingdom and Denmark agreed to a push against unsustainable and unfunded spending that lead to the failure of the summit on the 2014 - 2020 EU Budget.
Among the saving proposals still on the table to reach a deal are :
  1. "A 10% cut in the overall pay bill would save almost €3 billion.
  2. Relaxing the rules on automatic promotion would save €1.5 billion.
  3. Reducing the extraordinary generosity of the special tax rules for Brussels staff  the levy  that could save around another €1 billion.
  4. Changes to pension rights could save another €1.5 billion.
All of these are perfectly reasonable proposals. That is why a deal is still doable - and we will push hard for these reductions when negotiations resume next year. There is plenty of scope for very significant savings in the Common Agricultural Policy and the Structural and Cohesion Funds. But there are savings to be had in the rest of the budget too. For example, freezing the ceilings for security, justice and external spending would allow €7.5 billion of additional savings."
Talks are to resume early 2013.
no kidding....
I don't know I haven't read it
Why anyway didn't u like this article?
It depends, I don't read it everyday so won't say anything. I noticed Bill went hard over some article misrepresenting his stance but think it is two to three weeks ago I read a good piece that came in the defense of Anderson Cooper following his discovery of the diary and how it was used. The article was tough on the comments the administration made but can't tell u if it was a Post journalist or a journalist that blogs on the Post website, don't remember. So yes I do read it but not everyday.

Most think it looks like a good joke and they expect a lot of them to do their best to save what appear to be the most likely outcome int the coming elections. Quite surprising really to hope that some agitation of that kind can replace and stand for thought through doctrines on the subjects that matter most as well as those that matter less immediately but will matter.... What r u doing?
Don't think so. Long differed crisis they need essentially due to a vacuum of morals and rigor in political principles. They essentially lived on the General de Gaulle's heritage and the stance he took during WW2. It has been easy to get elected under the "gaullist" umbrella and the more it got easier the more the vacuum grew. Briefly, the fight over a resurgence of extreme right, a role the Long Play "National Front" plays, Gen de Gaulle fought, helped hiding the vacuum of doctrines and principles on both sides. The French national debate overtime became so poor that inevitably, a crisis had to be expected as more and more citizens are aware of the policies and debate taking place in the surrounding countries. The knowledge of adopted texts and debates at the EU level also played a role exposing by the day an outraging control of the Press. The moral vacuum as well as the outrageous lack of doctrines the politicians can articulate in almost every area, access to foreign medias and the understanding of Spanish, German and English seems to speed the process.
I do have electricity and a RJ45 network to create. Let me know, just in case we can bet on something.
What's ur new project?
I don't share any point of view echoing a growing Corsican mafia. The Corsican economy is growing and it excludes a number of Corsicans from benefiting of that growth due to the legislation the French state enforce on the island, the consequence is, to keep up with some wealthy individuals making investments and taking away from the locals envied positions, crime and violence. Not to mention the rights problem and the uneducated French officials speech responsible for a lot of disarray. They keep saying that the Corsicans are French when only the Corsicans can answer that. The Corsicans are a native nation under French administration and each individual has the right to decide for himself the identity he or she feels more comfortable with. Surely every Corsican has the French citizenship given the French state border. Now every Corsican has the right to be and feel, first and foremost Corsican, and should be able to live accordingly, speaking his or her language publicly and in every area of life valuing his or her culture. The French state long ago decided to fight and destroy the Corsican nation social networks and cultural unity, the consequences are before our eyes?
ERC did good, do u have the numbers?
Given the result in Catalonia, it is good news and it shows the way for Corsica, and it will be a relief for a lot of Corsicans the day the French state has to step back.

I knew u were going to say that... but no, it hasn't been a plea to say there isn't any love outside a religious marriage, it is an honest look at what is today a civil union and what should address a reform and a debate over the known problems the actual status has produced rather than provoke passion, divide and bitter words over adding a very little number of couples to an existing flawed institution which needs a valuable overhaul the overwhelming majority of couples would benefit from.
Anyway here what u wanted but u jump twelve from the last paragraph u asked for?
"To conclude, General Propositions, of what kind soever, are then only capable of Certainty, when the Terms used in them, stand for such Ideas, whose agreement or disagreement, as there expressed, is capable to be discovered by us. And we are then certain of their Truth or Falsehood, when we perceive the Ideas the Terms stand for, to agree or not agree, according as they are affirmed or denied one of another. Whence we may take notice, that general Certainty is never to be found but in our Ideas. Whenever we go to seek it elsewhere in Experiment or Observations without us, our knowledge goes not beyond particulars. "Tis the contemplation of our own abstract Ideas, that alone is able to afford us general Knowledge".
Obvious.... No and No. That is not going to happen and frankly whether you are the elected official involved or the couple... it may be better to get some advice and help elsewhere. And that's why it lead me to say that under the state arch, couples engaged, out of what the two individuals involved will make out of it, exclusively in a legal relation and most of them are doing so with very little knowledge and no advice at all.
For the state, to sponsor couples entering a  legally very binding contract with very little knowledge of the legal consequences that will result of that contract while offering nothing else than the satisfaction to have the name of a religious institution "marriage" outside any religion for a union hardly anything more than a legal contract since you will find difficult to overcome any crisis or be inspired for a durable couple experience in the state prose, is wrong? I concluded it is.
What do you mean? Honestly, you can see a couple married under the state arch by an elected official turning to whoever may have done the celebration for counselling at some point like you turn to a rav, a bishop or a priest?
Well yes today celebrated by an elected official.
Be honest about it. U talk about something that is not in the real world. Let's look at it without the interference of daily politics. If we exclude what any two individuals loving each other may or may not do out of a marriage celebrated out of religion (any). What do you have?
Not that I know. I don't mind but since the budget is limited .... we agreed I'd keep them and post as needed

jeudi 22 novembre 2012

Alright was in a hurry. But still I stick to my first idea that it is a missed opportunity to renovate the "marriage institution" and its relation with the state and the law. I still think there was a lot of upside in such a move and for everyone. Right noz people drop the documents at the town hall and fall under a legal binding contract without a vague idea of their rights and obligations in most cases. Just a happy few get the counselling they need to contract fully aware of the various consequences of the choice or the lack of choice they make when contracting. A renovation of the relations with the Churches and the licensed businesses organising celebrations could have been an opportunity to address these issues and avoid the label of a legislation not serving the entire community.
Now u r right about one thing, yes it was intentional, sorry can't help it but I was laughing at the idea that by changing the lay out I would probably see competition instead of opposition to offer gay service marriage . It is just that I know people and if there is funded demand for a service it won't be long before it creates offer and a little bit later competitive offers.

Just wondering would u agree that a state can only decisevely intervene in a Church administration if the Church can intervene at the same height in a state administration whether or not the Church is an established church?
Licensed businesses should have the qualified staff to advise the parties and the assessment should cover their overall ability to satisfy all the parties needs, information and legal implications, contracts and options, the registration process as well as the sincerity of commercial offers covering the celebration to secure the consumer and insure the so special day to be an outstanding success.
He's online now. Do have reference of that in Finland?
French stuff I guess....
At least you can agree that this fight doesn't make any sense and is absolutely useless when it comes to the best interests of the parties willing to contract regardless of who they may be.

mercredi 21 novembre 2012

It contradicts the purpose of it. Why should an elected official the taxpayer funds be involved in the conclusion of a contract between two private parties? You haven't answered that. I found that it is only justified today to give a substitute to the spiritual dimension and a sense the commitment doesn't have, the number of divorces shows, to the non religious marriage which is, you could agree rather hypocritical. Therefore the involvement of an elected official in the conclusion of such a contract can only be explained, looking back in time at what may have justified it, the rivalry between the clergy and the secular militants eager to offer a marriage of equal status in the seriousness of the commitment which in secular times makes little sense?
Nothing today opposes the end of the legislation and elected officials involvement in the conclusion of marriages, the legislation to only be involved in mandatory or illegal stipulations of these contracts vulnerable parties may be subjected to?

What id u make out of it? There is more.
May be not. Why did u ask anyway? U knew I was going to say something like that....
May the address return the ftp instead of the http....?

replies You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Apache/2 Server at vanessasjourney.com Port 80
May be u'd like to know. Address was found on the twitter page.
No, but m watching tv now.
I didn't start it.
To be absolutely honest, I admit one thing; the treasury's potential collection wasn't absent... I would recommend that organisations willing to enter the marriage's celebration business be licensed and to cover the cost of assessing their abilities, they would have to pay for the licence annually and a tax on marriages they celebrate to cover the cost of the registration. Of course no discrimination would be admissible on who can be licensed to open a Marriage Celebration Business or the type of marriages they celebrate.
The state and legislation only registering marriage contracts.
No, I don't care, there isn't any kind in the matter. The state and the legislation have or should have nothing to do in the People's bedroom. Legislation is only concerned as legal matters (trace citizenship, estate, ancestry and descent and more) need a reference and come into play but as far as I conceive it, the state and the legislation should and can only be held accountable for the tenure of a registrar of all the contracts, marriage and else the People wish to see registered or when the registration is mandatory by law.
A piece may be needed if you want to see all the organisations (Churches as well as private parties) under a mandatory registration of all marriage's celebrated under their authority but even so I can't say I like it. The parties should be made responsible of the registration.
Why should the taxpayer fund the amusement?

Told u! I mean u don't have to share my view of it just don't ask.
As a lawmaker u wanna legislate on the People's bedroom content.... ur problem.... It is wrong and frankly I don't see why the taxpayer should be funding the amusement....
No u don't need that.
Bad idea, u don't wanna know what I think, I just don't understand what is the state doing in the People's bedroom, I think it is utterly wrong, it is unnecessary.
ok. All the knowledge we have, being only of particular or general truths, 'tis evident, that whatever may be done in the former of these, the latter, which is that which with reason is most sought after, can never be well made known, and is very seldom apprehended, but as conceived and expressed in Words. It is not therefore out of our way, in the examination of our knowledge to enquire into the truth and certainty of universal propositions.

This one?
It's late....
Though the examining and judging of Ideas by themselves, their Names being quite laid aside, be the best and surest way to clear and distinct Knowledge : yet through the prevailing custom of using Sounds of ideas, I think it is very seldom practised. Every one may observe how common it is for Names to be made use of, instead of the Ideas themselves, even when Men think and reason within their Breasts; especially if the Ideas be very complex, and made up of a great collection of simple ones. This makes the consideration of Words and Propositions, so necessary a part of the Treatise of Knowledge, that 'tis very hard to speak intelligibly of the one, without explaining the other.
Which one?
In Of universal propositions, their truth and certainty?
What is it about?
No, they r checkin it out.

Well, I do understand that there are crimes that are more convenient than others but I happened to not share a will for convenience in the matter. I look at the terrible ordeal of a 15 years old girl held hostage for a week by a deprived sexual maniac repeatedly sentenced for countless number of similar crimes, travelling in the boot of a car throughout France for a trip ending in Germany thanks to a car accident after a new felony on German territory.
The public has the right to know what went wrong. Why was this maniac on the loose after so many convictions? How the authorities explain their total failure?
Have the parents of the kid been advised of what to say and what to silence when they spoke to the press?
On the terrible day this maniac picked his victim, how many have been lucky enough to not cross his way that day, and to all those, there are obligations, they need to know every step of the failure that lead to this result, they need to know that every step will be investigated to make sure it doesn't happen again, they need to know the press is on their side and will not let anyone get away from any responsibility that may be involved and will explore every corner of the failure.
Now why the press do not press politicians on the matter is a mystery.
No doubt it is less exciting than any mafia story but what is a society that can't protect its kids, can't face its the duty it has towards its youth and refuse to investigate and learn from its mistakes, what kind of trust can such a society inspire to the most vulnerable of its citizens and what kind of example does it set?
It may be uncomfortable but necessary.
What r u up to now then?
../... the crisis of their destiny.
Not my understanding of it and I don't know any better reference than 20 "I make no apology for having dwelt so long on the contemplation of these federal precedents. Experience is the oracle of truth; and where its responses are unequivocal, they ought to be conclusive and sacred. The important truth, which it unequivocally pronounces in the present case, is, that a sovereignty over sovereigns, a government over government, a legislation for communities, as contradistinguished from individuals; as it is a solecism in theory; so in practice, it is subversive of the order and ends civil polity, by substituting violence in place of law, or the destructive coertion of the sword, in place of the mild and salutary coertion of the magistracy."
I expect the lost battle of the "Girondins" in France and Europe difficulties to very soon demonstrate  how accurate this can be.
"This unhappy people seem to be now suffering from popular convulsions, from dissentions among the states."

Anyway you owe me 10.
My angle looked like that, you need to check the exact size of the tile, I had a difference of 4mms with the size the tiles should have and it lead me to waste one as I deducted the space I didn't need.
I had the same problem but I figured it out.
Are you good? Generous and open minded?
Or you think you are bad, cheap and poor company?
Don't you want to find out?
Have you ever explored your dark side and who you are truly
Now is the time and the opportunity to find out what flatter your worse instincts!
Read "....................." Greg's book
What do u think? Would it attract interest?
This is AMERICA.
Like this bit?
In the former sense, a man's land, or merchandize, or money is called his property.
In the latter sense, a man has a property in his opinions and the free communication of them.
He has a property of peculiar value in his religious opinions and in the profession and practice dictated by them.
He has a property very dear to him in the safety and liberty of his person.
He has an equal property in the free use of his faculties and free choice of the objects on which to employ them.
In a word, as a man is said to have a right to his property he may be equally said to have a property in his rights.
.../... U know it here
According to this standard of merit, the praise of affording a just security to property; should be sparingly bestowed on a government which, however scrupulously guarding the possessions of individuals, does not protect them in the enjoyment and communication of their opinions, in which they have an equal, and in the destination of some, a more valuable property.
.../...

Here are mine. U have 29 mn remaining then u pay anyway...
Deadline looming.....

Don't know... counting some votes for a hypothetical leader.
Not sure yet but they will probably go under. Only drastic cuts can save them and they won't.... on the other hand the falling apart police and judicial system in France may soon be a problem for the schengen zone. The few resources they have left look to be entirely devoted to the political fight against Corsica and Euskadi's organisations for rights leaving hundreds if not thousands of Kamel Bousselat on the run (the guy may have been sentenced thirteen times for similar crimes - can u check the french data) which reminds me of one these animals they have on the run who set on fire his victim a 13 or 14 years old not that long ago.
Doubt it, but he's wrong. U have right now in europe two sorts of government, a first category which takes very seriously the must be balanced state budget, have engaged in tough cuts at home to reach that goal and of course, are saying the belt tightening is for every budget including the EU budget and a second category which hope for the best and keep spending outrageously. That's all really.
I love it when u r challenged...

dimanche 18 novembre 2012

"Government is instituted to protect property of every sort; as well that which lies in the various rights of individuals, as that which the term particularly expresses. This being the end of government, that alone is a just government, which impartially secures to every man, whatever is his own."

Does the FCNM fall under the property of every sort and the little used language and vulnerable culture deserve to be impartially secured as a right of individuals, should it be their only possessions?
m kidding u, it is alright.
It is difficult to say since Tea party being the extreme right almost fascist in french, it isn't easy to debate under the gazette enlightenment.. u know as conservatism on religious beliefs takes center stage, think u will like march  the 29th on Property.
Ok will type it and post it when I can.
I have it.Was wondering why u were after it, is it about ?
"Off all occupations those are the least desirable in a free state, which produce the most servile dependence of one class of citizens on another class. This dependence must increase as the mutuality of wants is diminished. Where the wants on one side are the absolute necessaries; and on the other are neither absolute necessaries, nor result from the habitual economy of life, but are the mere caprices of fancy, the evil is in its extreme; or if not,
The extremity of the evil must be in the case before us, where the absolute necessaries depend on the caprices of fancy, and the caprice of a single fancy directs the fashion of the community. Here the dependence sinks to the lowest point of servility."
M sure u love that? Is it the passage u r looking for? Do u want it all?
Well of course it is outrageous but.... My word is it won't help to complain about it, I'd rather try to take a profit out of it and the place to be tomorrow or whenever it is possible for u to go is the lawyer's office. Miss Martin was located, arrested and deported fast... Highest authorities, chain of command, police methods and legal system have proved to be very efficient but it didn't work when it was needed to locate, arrest and prevent to act a very dangerous criminal abductor of a 15 years old already sentenced for several odious similar crimes who was able to flee France with the teen in his boot... It does tell you of the French Gov priorities as well as how the resources are used, u remain left with how to establish that the priorities are defined with political objectives....regardless of the consequences? No doubt, it should help. Has ethnicity played a role? Clearly yes but u will be left with them saying no.
Fashion is March the 22nd why?
Deadline extended to tomorrow's night ? I have year 1792 but I m not lending it...
U don't have it?
Good neither do I and was wondering if I'd have to pay for once....
Are u done?

samedi 17 novembre 2012

U wanna bet? I m telling u 63 for sure. 62 The House. Depending on what u r looking for u have a summary here http://www.teaparty911.com/info/federalist-papers-summaries/no_63.htm Tea party website. The full text here http://www.constitution.org/fed/federa63.htm . I m so good to u.... and here an analysis at gradesaver http://www.gradesaver.com/the-federalist-papers/study-guide/section63/ .
The FCNM and ECRML are the most recent examples I can think of but something else appeared to me to be even more awkward and it is the intolerant character of public action and political speeches towards the native nations under their administration. While these nations do not and probably can't, at least now and  in the immediate future, represent any danger and nothing shows they have any such intent, it is difficult to understand why they attract so much acrimony. Any suggestions?
Post it tomorrow so I can take u another 10.
The French have given up long ago now at defending liberty against power and power over licentiousness  and reading the below I wondered what triggered the move?
Can't believe u did it again...!
Nothing to do with the charity of the above
Reading the National gazette "In Europe, charters of liberty have been granted by power, America set the example and France has followed it, of charters of power granted by liberty. This revolution in the practice of the world, may, with an honest praise, be pronounced the most triumphant epoch of its history, and the most consoling  presage of its happiness. We look back, already, with astonishment, at the daring outrages committed by despotism, on the reason and the rights of man; We look forward with joy, to the period, when it shall be despoiled of all its usurpations, and bound for ever in the chains, with which it had loaded its miserable victims."
U do what?

jeudi 15 novembre 2012

It's difficult to say since no one else has reported that yet Gaza rocket explodes near central Tel Aviv (Xinhua)
Don't think so. Not that far and much less complicated...."Aussi, je vous demande Monsieur le Président, de la façon la plus solennelle, et compte tenu de la gravité des conséquences qui pèsent sur la vie des détenus et de leurs familles, de nous faire savoir quelles seront les démarches que vous avez l’intention d’engager afin d’aboutir à une situation normale."

The French don't learn do they? Should we laugh or cry at all dependent Lands with a population of its own are to the superior state not in the, relation of children and parent, according to the common phrase, but in that of slave and master, and have a like influence on character. By rendering the labour of the one, the property of the other, they cherish pride, luxury, and vanity on one side; on the other vice and servility, or hatred and revolt.

mercredi 14 novembre 2012

I would say no at this stage. They do have the solution, most european countries have now ratified and implemented the FCNM and the ECRML so.... Starting tomorrow ok, one angle, 10, joints finished.
If you want to follow up I'd recommend the Corsica Libera website for legislation news on the island.
Greg is in the 100 league.
One angle, post before and after, my usual tag 10.
Sorry but I had some painting today... and was now with the National  gazette thinking of how wrong and how terrible have been these lost years without the implementation of the FCNM.  What a waste. Anyway, did u set a price and I thought we could compete on angles as well. Think about it, competing on tiling angles doesn't look urban but should be edgy... what do u say?
I have been thinking of why sometime we seem unable to introduce ourselves to new comers or strangers  for just what we are and it reminded me of every good citizen will be at once a sentinel over the rights of the people; over the authorities of the government; and over both the rights and the authorities of local governments.
Pursuing, Being Republicans, they must be anxious to establish the efficacy  of popular charters, in defending liberty against power, and power over licentiousness : and in keeping every portion of power within its proper limits; by this means discomfiting the partisans of anti-republican contrivances for the purpose.
The republican distribution of citizens.
A perfect theory on this subject would be useful, not because it could be reduced to practice by any plan of legislation, or ought to be attempted by violence on the will or property of individuals: but because it would be a monition against empirical experiments by power, and a model to which the fre choice of occupations by the people, might gradually approximate the order of society.
The best distribution is that which would most favor health, virtue, intelligence and competency in the greatest number of citizens. It is needless to add to these objects, liberty and safety. The first is presupposed by them. The last must result from them.
Leading me to wonder why sometime can we be so bad at selling the wealthiest adventure of mankind.
How much?
There is a lot of hypocrisy in saying the growing number of "identity groups" extreme right inspired must be fought when still the respectful solutions including the FCNM and the ECRML are not implemented and not ratified. There is some truth in saying the French gov prefers to see extreme right groups flourish than truly engaged in solutions protecting the languages and culture of the national minorities. The result of these discriminating policies produce lost souls easily manipulated feeling hurt by the state encouraged hatred an overwhelming number of immigrants show towards the French national minorities, their languages, culture and traditions as well as sometime the French state or its proxies contempt.

mardi 13 novembre 2012

thinking of why the French declaration refers every ten words to the constitution to object or agree the ECRML articles or in the same way have not publicly debated or ratify the FCNM.
Was doing the joints for the tiling I finished a few days ago but was wondering in the letter Madison sent to Randolph Jan the 10th 1788, he wrote "Whatever respect may be due to the right of private judgement, and no mans feels more of it than I do, there can be no doubt that they are subjects  to which the capacities of the bulk of mankind are unequal, and on which they must and will be governed by those with whom they happen to have acquaintance and confidence......Had the Constitution been framed and recommended by an obscure individual instead of a body possessing public respect....there can not be a doubt that altho' it would have stood in the identical words it would have commanded little attention from most of those now admire its wisdom...." tells you what? Would u say that on certain occasions the Constitution Courtisans behave very much like Royal Courtisans?
I have two lanes on the floor that then go up on the wall so how much my joints are better than urs? did u get what Dennis said about his shower last night?
How much?

U wanna see mine?

lundi 12 novembre 2012

what u refer to may find a solution in the third point made in the declaration  (ECRML) "3. The French Government interprets Article 7-1, paragraph f, and Article 8 to mean that they preserve the optional nature of the teaching and study of regional or minority languages, as well as of the history and culture which is reflected by them, and that the purpose of this teaching is not to remove from pupils enrolled in schools on the national territory the rights and obligations applicable to all those attending establishments providing the public education service or associated therewith."
remains interesting since it acknowledges "the history and culture reflected by them" gaps significantly with the "official state history and culture", obviously lacking, to say the least, the history and culture of the persons belonging to these minorities. That explains the need they felt to mention it in the declaration? ask the legal people how they want it documented.
See what I mean? Why would you mention and insist on the optional character of studying "the history and culture which is reflected by them (minorities languages) to later mention and insist on "not to remove pupils enrolled..... the rights and obligations.....providing the public education service" if the public service programs in these areas of teaching was providing a sincere history and culture of the persons that belong to these minorities?
u can associate it with the "French tournantes" stuff as well as sectarian rapes as long as it is possible to produce plausible identification of the perpetrators but given the very weak rate of reports made since most victims can't report crimes due to sectarian retaliation fear on their families plus have no idea how to access data, do u?
have no idea if u can access it under french law.

"This provision is inspired by paragraph 40.2 of the Copenhagen Document of the CSCE.
This obligation aims at the protection of all persons who may be subject to  threats or acts of
discrimination, hostility or violence, irrespective of the source of such threats or acts. "
do apply although since the French gov are using criminal aliens "red guard" style in these areas u would need to identify over a year or so the criminals involved and put it into numbers, he said because allegations must be documented otherwise u can forget it.
On EITB.
It does.

dimanche 11 novembre 2012

Don't want to be nasty but again that's a little too much.... to let people think that Ehud Barak can or could be making decisions approved by the cabinet based on its liability to the extreme right member of the political coalition supporting it, is nearly insulting...
ahahah noway; I have a secret weapon but I keep it for myself for now; It is nuclear. That's why I am reasonably optimist unless u find a killer.
Nope. The declaration they gave the secretary is completed by they go chicken and pick here and there in the Charter what they intend to implement and what they won't but nothing tipping us as to where the defense may go.
I mean they gonna argue

1. In so far as the aim of the Charter is not to recognise or protect minorities but to promote the European language heritage, and as the use of the term "groups" of speakers does not grant collective rights to speakers of regional or minority languages, the French Government interprets this instrument in a manner compatible with the Preamble to the Constitution, which ensures the equality of all citizens before the law and recognises only the French people, composed of all citizens, without distinction as to origin, race or religion.

Above gives us an idea of how ..... which happened to not be true for the FCNM.
Now this reading is dubious since the initial intention was to oppose the negativity of any status (origin, race or religion) before the law something the French revolution wanted to abolish however the FCNM or the ECRML does not introduce before the law any such negative status for anybody? U say?
What have you come up with ? Does it hold?
They entertain voluntarily the confusion. That's why it doesn't matter in court, you do the wrong, you spread disarray and cause pain and you argue I can do it because the French constitution allows me to do it, well you r still doing the wrong? Not to mention that the reading invoked to justify the ill treatment of the national minorities under French administration is questionable.
No, it is ok, he said it can be debated without reserve. I will post a bit later the full text if u need it but this is the heart of the dissent with the French view"Considering that a pluralist and genuinely democratic society should not only respect the ethnic, cultural, linguistic and religious identity of each person belonging to a national minority, but also create appropriate conditions enabling them to express, preserve and develop this identity; "  ; "The protection of national minorities and of the rights and freedoms of persons belonging to those minorities forms an integral part of the international protection of human rights, and as such falls within the scope of international co-operation. (FCNM)"
Over time I have been convinced that the state of denial of theses diverse identities have contributed (major to me, but some say an important factor... doesn't really matter at this stage) to extreme views of a state national identity. I refer to the FCNM since we must stick to an overall agreement whether or not it explicitly refers to a set of arguments among which the right to elaborate a self determination project has become impossible.

vendredi 9 novembre 2012

My best shot for now and if u need the declaration text in full the French handed to the secretary, we'll do that on sunday?
U r filing now? Just wondering. Anyway the date is May 7th 1999 with a declaration refering to the right the French constitution give the french authorities to bare the national minorities to speak their language, organize themselves to protect their heritage and so on... clearly refusing the call for understanding and tolerance as well as the commonly accepted need for the legal framework (FCNM) protection for the most exposed and at risk. Although at the last meeting, he said that was the least of his problems since it was so obvious that the principles referred to were distorted to serve less glorious objectives it wouldn't abuse the court. The historic responsibility a state has towards the population from which it took away the right of self determination can't disappear under a principle banner clearly undermining their short and long term interests.
Ok I will keep looking but right now my search drives to, the only two legally binding instruments on minorities and their languages in the world are the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities (FCNM) and the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages (ECRML), the French parliament has not ratified.... for the second. Now it is good policy to demonstrate that if the EU legal system  works very well to deport Miss Martin, it can work very well to investigate the French officials potential misconduct and deception enterprise within the Council of Europe Legal and Human rights Committee.
No, the budget for 2012 is 3809k€ and 3794k€ for 2013, a little reduction for the program aimed at protecting national and ethnic minorities in Europe but nothing dramatic. The program sets few goals
  1. The implementation of the FCNM by the 39 parties is supervised.
  2. The implementation of the ECRML by the 25 parties is monitored and extended to other member states.
  3. Policies and good practices on transversal issues on national minorities, including regional or minority languages, are examined by the monitoring mechanisms of both conventions.
Ok when will u go then?
some painting why?
Is it possible to get that and how practical is it? Don't forget to ask for the money they make.
Not done yet. But right now I am thinking of getting a mandatory order (make a request to the judge) to have hearings of the four sitting at the Committee to have under oath a roundup of their actions to survey the FCNM implementation in France as well as a recall of their actions to insure the appropriate publicity, knowledge and understanding by the parties having crucial interests at the Committee's adopted texts and beneficiaries of the FCNM and a review of all the exchanges that took place between themselves and the Advisory Committee of the FCNM and the Committee of Experts on the ECRML.
I meant u r doing pro bono and u have made a mistake or let's say u failed the parties u were acting on the behalf of sounds to me different to u r engaged, "hired" and paid for an enterprise of policies of deception politically motivated of the parties u were to represent?
Because it changes everything. You don't get involved the same way in a lawsuit if u r paid or not.
When do u see him next then? Can u check as well if the four sitting at the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights are doing it pro bono?
Why not? Don't know if it is of any help but yes if possible but then we end up with having to demonstrate that how are picked the French representatives at the Committee reflects the French gov intentions to keep in the dark the parties interested (ie National Minorities) at the Committee's missions. Practical?

Can't find your lecture on the website.? Will check in a couple of days. Sorry that's it I got it. With some words from Dana, well.... I'm impressed.
I look at the positive side, I will be saving quite some money on phone calls and negociations with New Zealand since Bob is definitly stayin...
I know the French gov has in the passed and more recently argued that however they are nevertheless bound by other instruments of international law, including the political commitments on minority standards of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, in particular the Copenhagen Document of 1990, and other Council of Europe conventions (particularly the European Convention on Human Rights (ETS No. 5) and the European Social Charter (ETS No. 35)).
Can we run with that?
Not so far yet. We have a countless number of victims that haven't been able to build themselves with direct consequences on their lives connected to the French central administration which constantly refused to take the necessary steps in order to ensure the effective participation of persons belonging to minorities in social, economic and cultural life, in the media and in public affairs and never refrained from adopting laws which – in conflict with the spirit of the Framework Convention, and jeopardising its provisions – derogate from the language rights of national minorities, or oblige state bodies or local authorities to act counter to the exercise of minority rights.
Word legally the damages to pursue compensation is the most challenging since it spells over decades and will be challenged as speculation when it comes to individual evaluation of how the lack of access to the native language and its usage in every area of life and relations with the administration and powers have hampered probably for ever their opportunities, a happy life compromising eventually the future of their descent.
What did he say?, it was this morning that you went right.

I couldn't say any better, that was Thomas Hammerberg if I am not mistaking "The commissioner stressed that language is an essential tool for social organisation and individual identity and therefore European governments should better take into account the needs of minority groups."
That makes the entire thing even more unacceptable. On one side we have folks that do feel confused, are under the impression that the EU as a whole is somewhat against their best interest ignoring in most cases all the efforts made to protect their interest. Frustration winning, they sometime turn to extreme organisations in worst cases or at least cast their ballots for more radical politics and guess what, the very same bunch hiding from these folks these texts, debates and recommendations are pointing fingers at them calling them names... among which radicals, racists, extreme right wingers and more....
I can't help to think that the day they find out how they have been played out..... if they do get it.... wondering where the bunch will be hiding.
The state of France has 18 representatives no less at the Council of Europe, and  4 representatives (Mme Marietta KARAMANLIM. Jean-Pierre MICHEL M. Philippe NACHBARM. Rudy SALLES) at the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights. The immediate question is why do these representatives think it is ok to keep for themselves the adopted texts, resolutions and recommendations? How to explain that parties with a direct interest at adopted texts by the Parliamentary Assembly have never heard of these texts? Why these texts haven't had ever the slightest publicity in the Press? The representatives seems to cover the entire French political spectrum which makes the entire thing even weirder...
